Romanticide
for those going to the show tomorrow at the 02, how y'all planning to get there with jubilee closure and all I'm getting the tube to Bank, changing for the DLR line to Canning Town and then using the replacement bus service to North Greenwich. Tailschao
Anyone know on/off times (supports too) at past shows? Have had a quick look around the forum, can't find anything, and venue website ain't not helping. Thanks.
XxSanctuaryxX
i enjoyed both loved last night at the 02 arena, and also sort of hated it. Of course Paramore were flawless as usual, tenth time, and not much has changed in terms of their amazing performance. I guess my real gripe was the hordes of fans who knew none of their material other than decode and all the singles off riot and brand new eyes. I know this has fallen into conversation before, but i guess it's been so long since i've been to an arena paramore gig, you forget. Last night's audience was so rough i couldnt even enjoy the first 4 songs of their set, hahahaha. For me, having seen the progression since 2006 up till stadium venues now, it sort of saddens me that it wont be the same pretty much. Not in terms of paramore as people but the venues and fans. Of course this is natural with a bands natural progression but just for a long term fan, it sort of sucks. Anwwayyyy, they were amazing last night regardless. Heard it was being filmed too? Romanticide
I thought Paramore were beyond awesome last night. It was my first time seeing them live but I don't think it'll be the last time either. Like XxSanctuaryxX, I hated how there were hordes of fans who only knew Decode, the singles off RIOT! and Brand New Eyes. Apart from transport issues, I had a brilliant night. XxSanctuaryxX
I think Paramore were honestly amazed by the reception they got. I mean they knew it was a sold out show, but you could just tell that they were completely grateful for every fan in that room. not saying they werent for other dates, but hayley weven said herself that the best shows they play are often in london
Romanticide
I think they were too. It really seemed to be that way.
ChazzyChaz11
at the first bit where Hayley stopped to talk, she pointed at me and said 'just you've got a seat doesn't mean you cant join in' hahaha!

Ross
For whoever asked about stage times. As a rough guide: Doors: 6:30pm fun.: 7:15pm-7:45pm B.o.B: 8pm-8:30pm Paramore: 9pm-10:30pm That's just a rough guide like I said. What show did you want to know times for? Tailschao
Thanks Ross, I've actually managed to find the set times for the specific show now. One more quick Q though (to anyone) - how long have their shows been these last few dates? Approaching the full 95min set time? Or closer to 75ish? Ross
Just about. Not seen them in like two years. So now they have two supports who aren't inherently suited for arena gigs supporting, brilliant.
Ross
They're opening the show, so they're on before fun., on stage at 7pm. So the running time will probably be: Doors: 6:30pm All Forgotten.: 7pm-7:30pm fun.: 7:45pm-8:15pm Paramore: 8:45pm-10:15pm
