I'll bring this up to Dustin. We recently decided not to renew our paid chat for 50 people because we couldn't even get people in it, but the free version allowed for five people at a time.

What seems to be going on is that the Chat is still trying to load the license for 50 users, but because we decided not to renew the 50 user limit, and just accept the 5 user free limit, the board doesn't know that until we tell it to. So I'm going to let IPS know so they can change our license to accept the free one instead of trying to load the 50 limit, which is expired, which is why you can't access the chat right now.

Update!
Talked to IPS. They disassociated the old 50 chat limit and added the free one. Everything should work fine now

It's contagious. If people see others in there, they are more likely to join in.
