Does anyone here use MyFitnessPal? It's an app/website that lets you keep track of food intake, exercise, etc. I've used it periodically over the years, but I'm on an 11-day streak right now, and it's becoming a daily thing and much easier (they say takes about 21 days to form a habit).

 

Part of the app is a calorie counter, and that's fine, but I really like that it also keeps track of other intake like carbs, sugars, sodium, etc. I never even took those into consideration before! My weakness is, of course, sugar, but I'm working on it. Replaced my breakfast shake with a "no added sugar" version, and that's made a world of difference.
