I want to make sure everyone sees this because we've had continued issues over the last couple of months with folks posting leaked material, like the Emergency video. It now appears that there's other leaked material circulating around that has also been posted here a couple of times.

Our understanding is that the band does NOT want this leaked material shared. We WILL respect their wishes on this and any posts of this, or any other leaked material, on these boards WILL be deleted. If you continually post material like this, it will lead to you being banned.

If you have something new that you think might be leaked and you're not sure, please don't post it before you check with a mod or an admin.

This forum is for posting live recordings and videos, not for posting leaked material that the band doesn't want released. Be respectful of their wishes and, in particular, be respectful of how great they are with their fans that they let us record shows on video and take tons of pictures...and let's not leak the few things they don't want leaked. Wait...and if they want it released, it will be in due time.

Sorry - I'm intentionally being vague about what was posted because I don't want people out there looking for the material either...the band doesn't want it released at this time, so let's leave it at that until we get their permission to share it or it gets officially released.

Well, the demos are theirs and ultimately, they should get to decide when stuff gets released. I don't know that it's necessarily that they don't want anyone to hear it, but if they don't want it leaked right now (maybe they're planning to release it later, maybe they don't really like the song or songs, maybe they want to post the demos themselves - all possibilities....), we should respect that.

I guess the thing is some people here have Priorities in getting Demos and so on , which is sure normal .
I would like it more if people would stop posting irritating threads bout new demos and so on which they anyways would never share.

This makes non prio Fans mad cuze they want them too for sure...

If u get Demos and rar Stuff share it internal and dont spread them around here announcing.
This only **** off the Band .
And the label will mabe get u all in serious trouble , although u mabe think they would never do that.
Sad thing is often not even a Band can decide this to be allowed and although they do agree the Label or IFPI will sue u nuts for offering a leaked Song.
Or much worse they trouble with the Board owners for supporting audio piracy.

I will sure not share anything rare here any longer now.

There was a time the Band was happy for every Promo they could get
but like usual with all successful Bands the moment they get huge
things changes belonging to Audio / Video sharing Issues.
Now since they sell the music videos i feel not good with sharing Highqual Video Rips any longer.
I still sure like them , but i dont agree with stopping to share a video..
My opinion is the best quality offers the best Promo, and i will buy all 3 Videos of the Site to support them, but i really would prefer that to share

ok i get where everyone is coming from and yes everyone should wait until the next cd comes or when the band wants it out....but here is the next problem.....half of us have half doesnt....lyrics are popping up on livejournal and everything...can we just call no posting for the next one and just kill the people who dont have it. its kind of like that law where you cant charge person for a crime they did before the law was in place....it is a great law and enforce it but i dont think for this case because of the half and half issue.......dont kill me for saying that just give me ur input
