Well,we received quite a few ballots and some categories were very close with only one or two votes separating the winner and the first runner up. The categories where there is only a first runner up and no second runner up are categories where there was either multipul ties for 2nd runner up (eg.5 people with 3 votes) or there were only 2 people who recieved votes which happend in a few categories.
