travel_hymn
Gym Class Heroes oh wait...I guess they're classified as rap, huh? Well, their songs are great...they're not heavy...they're quite alternative in a sense...check them out anyway OneRepublic Keane <-- ONE OF MY FAVORITES. THEIR SONGS ARE AMAZING Red Hot Chili Peppers (well, they're rock and they're good...you've heard of them obviously...but I still 'recommend' them) Kaiser Chiefs Linkin Park Plain White T's Fall Out Boy you have the rest in the other posts above me I'm thinking. Sykkelskur
You should totally check out Animal Alpha! And Kaizers Orchestra. They're two Norwegian bands that kick mayor ass. Especially Animal Alpha! It's not too many videos on youtube of them, but you can check them out here: http://animalalpha.com/aa/music/ Just click on CD's, then you can listen. Also, here's a Kaziers Orchestra vid you should check out:
Wiking
Well I think most of the bands that I would recommend have already been mentioned, so if there any overlaps I'm sorry. As mentioned you should definitely check out Mew (a cool danish band) and not only their last album but also the one entitled "Frengers". Others bands are: Wolf Parade Sunset Rubdown Arcade Fire The Shins Band of Horses Arctic Monkeys Franz Ferdinand Figurines (another danish band) Kashmir (also danish) Modest Mouse Okkervil River Swan Lake The National Babyshambles Libertines The Raveonettes (danish band) The Thermals Twilight Sad
