Chriss Posted November 3, 2010 Report Share Posted November 3, 2010 I think as long as you dye your hair properly and take care of it, it's not too damaging, especially since Hayley only dyes her hair between two and four times a year. There are plenty of people (Gwen Stefani comes to mind first) who have been dying their hair for years and years and it still looks healthy. Though I am really interested to see what Hayley would look like now with her natural-colored hair... doubt that'll happen any time soon though. xxemoxxriotxx Posted November 3, 2010 Report Share Posted November 3, 2010 I've dyed my hair loads of times i've lost count, putting conditioner on it overnight helps stop getting your hair damaged, it also repairs it if it is damaged too, mine used to be badly damaged by heat, and sometimes bleaching it too much going from black hair to a lighter colour. I only use for some special holiday the curl iron. And I only dyed the back of my hair in red & black. And I had black in front (and that was a huge mistake) But now im all blond again. I hardly ever condition my hair too. If I do, it only put it on the ends. My hair is an ass for being greasy, so I wash it every two days, which means I have to straighten it, but I usually only straighten the front everyday, cause my hair is naturally curly. You're lucky your hair is straight naturally, mine is a pain in my ass. And i've never had the confidence to dye it either. But I give hayley credit, she has shit loads of confidence to try out different colours on her hair, but somehow, she manages to look amazing. I like the pink. And I only have to brush my hair and im ready to go (: I also wash my hair every two days, because my hair gets greasy then and I hate that.
