Has anyone in the U.S. actually been able to have this sent to them yet or find an import and have listened to the cover? Because if you have I need to know where you got it unless you just had it shipped from the UK. ;]

The only resemblance I can tell because I'm so used to exactly how Hayley's voice sounds is the both of them can sure hold out a note.

I'm always randomly yelling "you can't escape nowwww" from Cobra Starship. But it's always just that part that is stuck in my head.

I'm thinking their Jersey show could possibly fit in Starland the way things are going...I don't even think I'll be up here then so I'll have to find some venues down southhh near my school. But I'd have to go if it was these two on tour together.

I thought it would be closer to the CD release since people had finally gotten their fanclub stuff but I guess not. I wish they'd at least give an update to everyone about how it's coming along seeing as they had said it would be in May.

ok we ALL hoped the paramore would eventually acquire much success, but with that success ultimatley mean more fans.

 

so i guess what im trying to say is that i really hope the new fans mesh well with the fans that have already been here and that there isnt a gap or wall in between us. you know?

 

i dont know i just dont want there to be a division on the boards.

I think it's kind of unavoidable at some time. Eventually with more fame they are going to aquire fans that are just in it for however long the ride on MTV is and then jump right onto the next band. But I'm sure there will also be fans that'll stay through it all and those are the ones the old fans will mesh well with.

Haha. I have an old record player somewhere in my attic but I don't even have the vinyl. I'm hoping a music store will eventually get it imported or something.

I don't know. My guess would be the fanclub and new site will probably just launch all at once.

Yeah hopefully. As long as it doesn't become Panicy where I've noticed fans try to bite each other's heads off for anything they say.

My brother's computer has Vista. But they don't really do anything but AIM/internet and either have I on it so it doesn't seem crazy to me yet ahha.

But the only good thing about it is...we will realize who's been here in the long run and respect the others as well (unless of course they give us reason not to ) but still be able to be tight knit with the original fans.

Well so far it doesn't seem bad. I think it's going to happen sooner or later. Paramore is bound for greatness.

I don't remember ever NOT having either MuchMusic or FUSE, both of which beat the piss out of MTV... I was never a HUGE MTV fan, though I used to watch it all the time--I still realized there wasn't enough music, lol....

 

And as far as fans go.

 

The ones that listen JUST for the reason that they saw them on TRL so they MUST be cool, should be pushed off a tall building. If you don't like a band for their music, you shoudln't listen to them-simple as that.

 

But the fans that are SEROIUS about listening to them--great, the more the better!

Agreed. Hopefully we'll get more of the serious fans.

I kind of agree. TSL does have a pretty big fanbase. At Bamboozle I would say more people came out to see TSL than Paramore...although if Paramore gets a lot more fans over Warped/Riot it could be coheadlining. But, TSL is on Warped as well.

I think it would be cool if the DVD was the Nashville show.

I've listened to them because of Tim Kirch who used to be This Prov's tour manager. Haha.
