How did you come across this amazing fansite that is paramorefans.com? Well, when I was trying to blindly find Paramore's website, I google-searched Paramore, and this came up, so I checked it out. It was pretty much awesome, so I tried to join. Alas, boo-hiss, it was a few weeks before my thirteenth birthday and it wouldn't let me. So I bookmarked it and moved on with my life. A few months later, I was looking through my bookmarks and went "Oh, ParamoreFans. I can join now." So I did.
How did you come across the amazing band that is Paramore/ how long have you been a fan? I pretty much discovered them through Fueled By Ramen. It was... November '05 when I was going through this FBR streak and someone recommended Paramore, so I checked them out. They were talented, and the lead singer could /sing/, so I ordered their album, which arrived in December.
Favorite Paramore song? I feel like a cheese for saying so, but Born For This.
Favorite lyric? >__< I don't know.
Any live show experiences you'd like to share? Spring, TX, 09/16/2006. My ticket said "Meet and greet 7:00," so of course, I was thinking "The meet and greet is at seven." But no~ it means "You have meet and greet tickets and the show is at seven." So I missed the meet and greet. "No big deal," I thought. "I'll just go meet them after the show." But in the middle of the show people kept passing out from dehydration, water was being tossed out into the crowd, and the fire marshalls actually intervened, and told everyone to back up so they could get to the dehydrated people. Nobody wanted to back up from their beloved spots, so they kicked everyone out.
Interests: Music, Internet forums like PF, swimming (as long as I can shower / straighten my hair afterwards), singing and playing my guitar
Other Music: Sugarcult, Pink Spiders, Cobra Starship, Cartel, Fall Out Boy, Taking Back Sunday, The Academy Is..., Armor For Sleep, The Matches, Cute Is What We Aim For, etc.
and anything else you'd like to share with us... Yeah, sure.
I have a tendency to ramble. I also tend to blow little things way out of proportion and connect them, kind of an undiagnosed paranoia. (I think I'm doing it now.)

I have actually never heard Blue and Yellow. >_<''

Lets see...
It was around November or December of last year. I listened to Fall Out Boy a ton, and I was pretty much checking out any Fueled By Ramen band anyone threw in my face. So one day this girl makes this post on another message board saying "Hey, check out Paramore, they're awesome," and had a link to All We Know and the acoustic performance of Here We Go Again. So I watched All We Know and thought "Good lord that girl can sing." and checked out the acoustic Here We Go Again, and my friend got me their CD for Christmas and I just obsessed.
Though one of my other friends just hated their guts. We...aren't friends anymore (though it wasn't Paramore that did it, that's where it started, after summer I became just a happier person and she didn't, and we finally stopped talking after a disagreement over Sugarcult's new material, but I wouldn't say that was what made us stop talking either. I'll just say creative and personal differences.)
-
It was awful in there. D:
I saw that girl, the one who got knocked out and was carried backstage?
Wow.
-
Haha.
I'm tired as all hell. I need to sleep. 'Bye.
-
I wonder what the strip club thought of our mass screaming. xD
-
xD I was late for the M&G. My mum (yes, I can't drive, so my mom had to take me) read that it was at seven, so we got there at seven. So...
This is a very long story. x_x

I actually made plans to meet the band.
But the fire marshalls pushed everyone out.
I was on the very edge of the rail.
I had to work my way up there, though. There was this little blonde girl who looked like she was about eight and she was lifted out of the crowd, so I took her place. The girl next to me was pissed until I started helping fan her and the kid.
I was sweating the whole time, it was nuts. Then I accidentally poured water on my leg 'cause I wasn't paying attention.
-
I have a feeling the fire marshalls are gonna make them get A/C.
-
I don't know. I was in the front, I couldn't see.
But there were plenty of ambulances outside when we left.
-
Uh, wow.
It was at Javajazz Coffehouse.
There's no air conditioning, fans, or any other form of cool air provision other than tour flyers.
People were screaming louder when they were throwing water bottles to the crowd that for the band.
And, here's where it gets good -- fire marshalls had to come in and tell everyone to back up so they could get all the passed-out people out of the crowd, you know what? They wouldn't. So they cut off the show halfway through Paramore's set.
-
The "scene" kids at my school hate them. Haha.
I made a Paramore T-shirt and wore it to church and five people asked "What's Paramore?" and I was like, "A band. A really good band."

She didn't drink the acid on her own accord, though. This douche who looked a little like Jeremy with black hair and a lot less nice killed her with it. So there you go.
What a nightmare. Who would feel the need to kill Hayley? What did she ever do to anyone?
-
I bought the new album.
It's really good. :3
-
Hahaha. The deer story was so special. I can't picture Hayley cursing, though. It just doesn't sound right...
"Wash your hands after you go to the bathroom and buy our record twice!" xD
-
Well, I had one where Hayley drank battery acid and died and got replaced by the girl who played bass for Sugarcult.
A) Hayley's too smart to take drinks from strangers,
You can't open a battery and pour the acid into a glass with ice without it either eating away at the cup or giving off a very distinct, battery-acid-smell, in fact, you can't just open a battery with your hands,
C) If Hayley was to die (we'd all be crying our eyes out), she wouldn't be replaced, and
D) There is not, and never was, a girl in Sugarcult.
What a nightmare. I've gotta stop eating orange sherbet before I go to bed.
-
The first time I heard Act Appalled by Circa Survive, I thought "Hayley would probably sound really good singing that." Haha.
-
Hard to pay attention to the song if they're, you know, dancing on treadmills.
I remember most of the melody and the refrain that goes "Here it goes again", but that's it.
Next time I see it, I'm gonna try listening to it without the video.
-
Actually, I think Los Angeles is the only song on the new CD with any swearing in it. Isn't it?
It's still a great song.
RIOT! Sold Out?
