1. so yea. both of these vids are fairly recent...

everyone al ready commented saying i'm trying to be hayley.

no biggie. haha. i;m really not trying to be her,

i'm just so used to using my voice is almost the same way.

i guess that happens after being influenced hugely by one singer for about

    2 1/2 years. haha.

the miracle outro one is kinda awful. oh well.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ciNo4QThjc

  2. ^ hahahaha

    i never quote ppl.

    its lame

    im not cute...

diego just messed with the votes...

    i swear to GOD!!

    hehe, just messing Diego!

    =]

ugh I always quote. makes me loserish I guess. oh well.

NO WAY DID HE MESS WITH THE VOTES!!

unless....diego liiiiiiikkkessss you. which I could def. see why..

    wait, I'm not bias.

ugh. okay I'm being far to blehh now.

    don't read anymore. lol.

  3. hahaha seriously...and then theyll be like OMG HAYLEY IS MY WIFE!! IM IN LOVE WITH HER!!

its like yeah im sure she even knows who you are buddy!

i feel bad tho, cuz like i heard that somewhere in the uk (dont remember where) that hayley cant even come out after the show because of how inappropriate the guys act towards her. /=

but its all rly pathetic...its one thing to look up to her or to like her for music n stuff

but to say ur in love w/ her and say sick stuff...come on now!

    oh man. that is awful!!!

well even at the warped tour in mass...

it was bad..like it wasn't so much a sexual thing..

but someone made her a shirt or something..

and called her a bitch cuz she wouldn't put it on..

she was freakin' busy for the signing!!!

haha jeez. I feel so bad for all of um.

fans always expect so much of them at the busiest of times..

and if they don't show them attention right away they think

the band is acting "too good" or unappreciative towards fans.

    lame-o's.

  4. i never said "I Love You!"

    but im a gentleman.

    psh.

    =]

that's right hun, you THOUGHT it, but never said it.

    hehehehehe.

aww look at us being all lame...

quoting eachother on pf. awwwww. hahahaha

and I was gunna make mention to how you never were rude or nasty..

but I wasn't sure if ppl would know you as jarrod...

cuzzz yea. lots of newerish ppl on here. oh welllllll.

and holy cow. how lucky am I?!?!?! dating the cutest pf'er.

    IN YO FACE PFBOARDS!!!!!

  5. haha yeah....some people are rly screwed about hayley...its holy crap calm down.

    NO

weirdest thing ive ever read about hayley

ok some spanish paramore myspace added me

and the they post a bulliten saying SICK stuff about her...they sed something about her fillopean tubes n alot of other disturbing things i cant say...i was like WHAT THE (excuse my lang) FUCK!!!!!

    and deleted them

lmao. wow. yikes. it was pretty awful at the show in worcester...

all the guys..even on the freakin' balcony were being retarded.

    "HAYYYYLEYYYYY I LOVE YOUUU!!!!"

really, you love her dood?? pretty sure you know nothing about her..

not to mention how to spell her first name right. ya assssssss.

    hahaha =]

    guys can be pigs.

  6. well said.

but i must say i hate ap.net. all the people on there are rude. no offence im not saying ur rude or anything like that. i just dont like that website very much

I don't even bother reading AP.net anymore...let alone LJ, it just pisses me off

^^^^in response to both of youuuu.

yes I know. they blowwww. but I have a really good memory..

haha just today some chick who is OBSESSED with mcr was giving

me crap about being too serious about paramore..

I was like, "are you SERIOUS?!?!?! you jump all over anyone that

even gets an mcr album title wrong...and paramore is my second fav band..

    soooo shut up."hahah

    and to kristina,

    I LOVE YOU!!

haha I see you next month<333

Thank you, Heather. We SHOULD form a Parawhore Army. That'd be awesome.

    YESSSS pararmy???

    helllzzzz yea. :]

  7. <3 @ theamaranth.

    why thank youuuu.

    I love you.

    yessss.

    Haha

    seen it before

oh well, not much you can do about it

& as for the lyrics thing, ooh if that was true.. haha ;x

the lyrics thing?? yea I know.

if they didn't write their own shizz I'd be sooo mad.

I would lose alot of respect for them...

same thing if hayley ever lipsynced.

    ugh. that would be awful...

but I don't think that will happen anytime soon.

***I'm glad you guys support me.

such a refreshing change to all the paramore bashing

    I'm used to on ap.net.

we need to become a freakin' parawhore army...

and attack all the lame-o's on ap. :]

  8. okay. so I never post on here...

but I do go on ap.net quite a bit.

and being a paramorefan, I go into paramore threads.

all I ever see are comments like,

    "I hate paramore"

    "she sucks at singing"

    "I'd do her!!"

"haley, we were born in the same year, let's get naked."

****note how they spelt her name wrong. ugh.

"paramore got nominated for a grammy,

    I'm going to kill myself."

    "paramore fans annoy me"

then the icing on the cake for me:

p.s. does Hayley and Jeremy have sumthin goin on???

    I about wanted to scream.

okay, I understand that the music industry has a very self-explanatory title.

it is in fact, an industry. meaning the more you sell the more you make.

and I'm not saying that paramore "sold-out" when they got big..

but some ppl think they did. and with mega stardom comes the newbie fans..

who think they now everything about paramore and they wanna dye their hair like hayley's...and all that jazz.

...stuff like that happens and then you go to a concert...

and they play "never let this go.."

    and suddenly...the crowd participation drops!!!

hmm, now I wonder why that is..haha.

but really. I'm so proud of them getting a grammy nod.

and I'm glad that when kristina met them again at the show in nov.

they talked to her about their old fans opinions and how they hope no

one thinks they really are selling out. that gives me hope.

hope that they will never lose the passion they have for creating their OWN music...

apparently, there's even a big conspiracy (no pun intended) on ap.net that they don't even write their own music. how lame.

I really hope they never feel pressure (again with no pun. gahh I'ma dork)

from FBR to create anything but their own style.

and to all those lame guys that only like paramore and go to show in hopes that hearing THEIR voice, out of like the million other guys hayley has ever performed in front of, will coax her into marrying them.

    a phrase for them:

    GET OVER YOURSELVES!!

hahah hayley is far too badass to even give a second glance to those looooosers. =p

so yea. that's my rant. and hopefully you agree.

I'm sure I left out a lot of what I wanted to say...

but you all get the gist.

ahh I'm gunna be late for work!

  9. soo I know no one really knows me...except of course

    kristina, kerrie, and suzie...

    but I'm jarrod's girlfriend. lol.

and I went to the show as well. =]

thanks to jarrod I got into paramore in like midsummer of '06.

and if it wasn't for my badass photo taking skillz,

we wouldn't have any concert pics to feast our eyes upon. =p

  10. First off, what is up?!?!

I aint been around here in mega!!

Hope all the oldies still remember Jarrod haha,

    and for those new people,

    yea, well... That's me! =p

Anyways, I like to do this every year

towards the end of the year...

To ya know, get a reaction out of some people.

All in good fun ya know.

So yea lets give it a shot shall we??

Keep in mind, not all of these are 07 albums,

considering I sometimes stumble onto bands later

    than I should have...

    So don't hate people. ha.

    25. The Starting Line - Direction

So I'm not completely sold on these emo doods. However, I do think it is a solid buy, or d/l or whatever the hell it is you ppl do. There are a few distinct tracks IMO and for that I think it ranks up there past a few that disappointed me... Which I will later asses.

    24. Emery - I'm Only a Man

Another one that I was pretty excited to buy, and when I did... I sorta shrugged. To be honest I went thru it twice, and then threw in the older CD (The Question - 2006). Still, Emery is amazing, so they deserve to be in this list, even if it's #24. Better luck next time guys.

    23. Still Remains - The Serpent

This band is truly great. Unfortunately, they like to have 3 or 4 amazing songs on a CD and then let the rest just sort of suck. Damnit, I hate when that happens! Still, for a band that has amazing talent (Like Real Talent), they definitely came out of nowhere for me. Metal-ish sorta band. So, I'm not sure any of you guys would dig it, ya dig?

    22. Straylight Run - The Needles, The Space

Eeeeek! Definitely ranks right up there for me in "Most Disappointing." I definitely expected alot alot alot, considering I loved theyre older stuff, as well as the first single (Buttoned Down). Buttttttttttt, they decided to change directions, which may attract some people, but not me... So much anyway. Still liked a few tracks alot, but definitely not what I expected. Damn Expectations!!

    21. The Almost - Southern Weather

I hate having this in my list, but after seeing them with Paramore last May, I listened to that album for like a month. So props to you guys! Good overall album. One or two great songs and then the rest is pleasant, if you catch my drift.

    20. Madina Lake - For Them Through Us To You

Heard em, hated them! Went to a show they were supposed to play at, and they didn't show up. Buttttttttttt, and by that I mean but... Inbetween bands they were playing this band that sounded familiar. Like a Old MCR mixed with like something else I can't quite figure out! So I ask some kid next to me who's singing along, and he's like "this is Madina Lake! They were supposed to be here!" I could tell he was upset... So I went home, gave em another shot and loved them. I'm weird you guys!

    19. Sound The Alarm - Stay Inside

Thanks Rachna! They are alot like what I've already heard, but shit... I liked it! ha. Funny thing about these dooods... I saw them at Warped '06' and the singer was completely wasted! Stumbling into the crowd, acting all dumb. Anyways, they sucked! A year later, I'm buying their album and singing along to it. I'm lame.

    18. The Used - Lies for the Liars

Sort of disappointing. They have consistently decreased in "album goodness" as I like to put it. "The Used" was just amazing and then "In Love and Death" was just a step below, and "Lies for the Liars" is just following the trend. Good album, no doubt about it, just a little disappointing is all considering they are like a top 20 band for me.

    17. Blaqk Audio - Cex Cells

So, just because you like AFI means you have to like B.A. Not true. I did like the album, but it's not AFI. Not even close. A few amazing songs, but I could seriously do without the first half of the album. Davey is still amazing though. (Period)

    16. Band of Horses - Cease to Begin

Gotta love walking into a store and seeing something interesting... Going home, and d/l'n a few songs and falling in love. lol. This band is a bit odd, but they have something about em that just idk, I like.

    15. The Birthday Massacre - Walking With Strangers

Hated their previous stuff, and to be honest I have no idea why I even listened to their new stuff. Maybe it's because 2007 seemed to be that kind of a year for me. Lots of "trying" and "giving things a chance." Anyways, this album is great, basically from start to finish, so I'm thinking you should like listen to it. fo real.

    14. 50 Cent - Curtis

Ahhh, finally some hip-hop. This one goes out to my late-deceased friend Aaron. He introduced me to rap back in my middle school dayz, and I bought this shortly before he died in a car crash. Needless to say it was played alot the weekend of the funeral. Not only is it memorable for me, but I really liked the album alot too. AND!!! I hate Kanye West! So that sets it in stone.

    13. Pierce the Veil - A Flair for the Dramatic

Saw em live. Liked them a bit. Bought the CD. Isn't that how it usually goes? haha. Good CD. I really liked it, and I listened to it alot. I think I sorta overdid it though, and now it just kind of sits there in my car. Not much play for the emo doods from cali no mo. =p

    12. Nico Vega - No Child Left Behind EP

Stumbled. Actually stuck around on their myspace for more than one song... Good thing! I looked for them on Limewire for like a week, to no avail! So I gave in and bought the EP. Needless to say, their Myspace page doesn't get many hits from me anymore, but it's all good... I got the EP so I'm happy. This chick can really belt it you guys!

    11. Blessthefall - His Last Walk

I know Kerrie likes these freaks! haha. They are mad good though, and that dude can wail with the best of em. Looks like a chick though which sorta freaks me out, but it's all good. Good workout music fo real. One of my random finds before Warped! TY Warped =p

    10. The Dear Hunter - Act II - The Meaning of & All Things Regarding Ms. Leading

That's a mouthful. This one came out the same day as Riot, and little did I know that the album would kick off my top 10 of the year. When I got home I d/l there first album, and loved it... So then, I d/l the newer one and loved it too! I would like to put both of the albums on this list, but I'll settle for just this one I guess. Great all-around album, and "Receiving Ends of Sirens" should be sad they don't still have this dude singing for them. He's like in a different league compared to the dude that stayed. Seriously!

    9. Coheed & Cambria - Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Part 2

I have to stop listening to albums with long as hell titles! This one, I expected to be like 3 or 4, maybe even better... But, it let me down just a tad. The upside of this album... The first 5 songs just kill it! I mean they are like amazing beyond belief and then the CD just sort of spirals down. I mean its still a great CD, but those songs just leave you wanting so much more out of the album. Oh well, at least Claudio's storyline is complete. Now what Coheed??

    8. Enter Shikari - Take to the Skies

Some bands take their EP's and destroy them. This band... Not so much. I'm in the CD store and I sort of like the band already, but I don't have the actual CD. So I buy it... Every song improved, and the ones I had never heard are amazing too. It's amazing how a band can improve so much for the actual album! Love these electro-hardcore wankers!!

    7. The Used - Berth

yeayea, so I'm lame and have two albums from the same band on my lst. Whatever. This album, which is just a live album, with a live DVD is terrific. They prove just how amazing The Used is! LFTL has nothing on this album, and that's the truth! Live albums are either GOLD or CRAP, and this one was far from crap. BTW, I still havent seen The Used live! Seen 89 labelled bands in my life, but not once have I seen The Used! I suck.

    6. I am Ghost - Lover's Requiem

Came out in 2006. Didn't find them till very early '07' and it was an amazing CD. I listened to that thing over, and over, and over again. The style really gets me. You always know its a good album, when months later you can still throw the thing in and listen to it from start to finish without hesitation. Classic album by these goth-punk-screamo doods (and one chick). If you haven't, please do.

    5. Evaline - Postpardum Modesty EP

6 songs. That's all. And yet, it finds my top 5?? Holy hell!! The title track is like one of the best songs of the year! No Joke! The thing with this, every other song is just as good. The singer is brilliant (Little goofy on stage), and the drummer, for a band this style, is one of the best I have heard. Not many bands like this are extremely talented, but these doods are. Please get this EP! It is unreal! I cannot wait for an actual CD.

    4. Saosin - Saosin

okokokokokokok. Came out last year! I know! But I was in denial that they were good, so I didn't buy the damned album till like January '07'... I know, I'm so lame. I'll admit it! Still, I don't care, I still listen to this thing like I just bought it, but somehow know all the words. New Saosin kills old Saosin, and you can shutup if you disagree... Can you tell I hate Circa?? haha. That dood can go OD for all I care =p... Actually, scratch that... They would become too famous if he OD'd... I don't want another "Nirvana" situation. Jeez wouldn't that suck!!

    3. A Day To Remember - For Those Who Have Heart

It was a day to remember, or night I should say... I walked into a Border's of all places with my father and stepmom. And was just randomly looking thru CD's. Luckily Border's gives those little info cards on the Cd's on the top of their display. So I come to ADTR, and I read the little thing... It says something along the lines of, "For those who like poppy-punk melodies with hardcore breakdowns!!" So I bought the thing with no prior knowledge of the band! Gutsy... Yea that's me. As you can tell I was very happy with the random buy!

    2. Paramore - Riot!

And you thought I'd forget about the band that brought us all here! "Sophomore Slump" or whatever they call it. Not so much here. Although AWKIF is still beast IMO. Riot, is a great all-around album with no flaws at all. Only a truly life-changing CD could beat this one. I know they are famous and whatever now, and that sorta sucks especially considering when I first started listening to them and "Google-searched" or "yahoo-searched" Hayley Williams, she wasn't even the first thing to pop up. It was some weird old lady named Hayley Williams and her family. Paramore sure has come a long way you guys. It is really sort of crazy to think about.

    1. Protest the Hero - Kezia

    Life-Changing.

No questions asked. When someone asks me what my favorite album is this year, Kezia. And yes, it came out in 2006, but I'm a loser yet again, and didn't find these heroes till early Spring, 07. In that case, Riot actually is the #1 album of the year. But, I'm going based on albums I found this year, within reason (Nothing before '06', I swear). I had the fortune of seeing these Canadian bastards live this fall and then hanging out with the doods (Primarily Rody, the singer), and it was awesome. Although they only played 6 songs, because they were the 2nd band to play in a 4-band show, it was still brutal to say the least. They mix so many different genres, that I get confused thinking about it, and Rody is by far one of the best male singers I have heard since Davey Havok! It takes something great to beat out Paramore, and Kezia, by PTH is it! New album - January, 08!

    ___________________________________

So I left off a few... Silverstein's new one... Disappointed the hell out of me! Comparing it to "Discovering the Waterfront" it's just a shame.

Eisley... This was one of my most anticipated albums of the year. So what the hell happened?? I suppose when a band gives you a "start-to-finish" amazing album, and then gives you an album, you just kind of shrug at... You're disappointed. Hence, I'm disappointed.

    Metallica... Still no album?!?! Whatever.

    -----------------------------------------

So, for those of you who don't know me...

Now you do, well sort of.

And for those of you who do,

  11. k, well I have a kinda wideeee musical range...

and you've prolly heard alot of these bands all ready..

but give um a second chance..

    or a first glance..

    a day to remember:

    all of the cd

"for those who have a heart

    *andd their old songs...

    including:

    -casablanca sucked anyways

    -you had me at hello

-you should have killed me when you had the chance

    -1958

    -your way with words

    -a second glance

    -if looks could kill

    blaqk audio:

this is the electronica side project of davey havok and jade puget..

the lead singer and guitatarist of AFI.

you need the whole cd, and it's the only one they have,

    it's called, "cexcells".

    it's amazinggg.

    alkaline trio:

you need the whole cd, "crimson".

    enough said.

    bright eyes:

..one of my all time fav bands.

I don't suggest his latest cd, "cassadaga"..

cuzz conor oberst went to rehab

and it's just not as powerful as his old stuff.

    *some of my fav songs*:

    -the calendar hung itself

    -no lies, just love

-I wanna lover I don't have to love

    -drunk kid catholic

    -lua

    -poison oak

    -sunrise, sunset

    -bowl of oranges

-we are nowhere, and it's now

    -at the bottom of everything

    -take it easy, love nothing

yeah, I got more favs...but that's enough to get ya into them.=]

    incubus:

another one of my fav bands.

    my suggestion?

    want an amazing cd??

    get "morning view."

but then again, I suggest everything

    they've ever made. they're that good.=p

    the spill canvas:

    another fav band. get everything.

    they only have three cds.

the newest coming out oct. 2nd.

    the best bday present everrr.

    cuz I turn 18 on otc. 3rd. =p

    anddd of course,

    AFI:

my all time fav band everrrr.

    [paramore is second...]

    anddd yea.

    get all old stuff.

    it's punk..

so if you want a more alternative sound..

    get their last two cds,

    "sing the sorrow"..

which is the cd that got me into them..

    and "decemberunderground"

oh and last but not least,

    a new band I like..

I saw them with scary kids, scaring kids..

    they're called

    pierce the veil:

just go buy "a flair for the dramatic"

    every song is good..

    I loveeee loveee loveee

  13. ahh sooo. I know I'm likeee never on here..but jarrod is at work,

and I'm chilling at his house and figured I'd make myself useful and

review the warped we went to yesterday. [in case you've forgotten who I am, I'm jarrod's girlfriend, heather...I did the paramore video contest wayy back.]

alrighty, so wednesday night jarrod, jarrod's brother drew, our friends scott and max and I all drove down to stay at kristina's house. this way we could just get up not sooo early and go to the show.

so we got to the tweeter center around 10:30 and gates opened at about 11:30 and jarrod and max and I were rushing around like crazy trying to find the schedule. we were at the top of some stairs and we saw another area with merch tents and stages so we tried to get over there...

then we realized there was another set of gates to be opened.

so when they did it was a mad rush to the schedule..

we found out paramore was playing last, 8:30, after killswitch engage.

and then we found out that the paramore signing was at 4.

soo I bought another paramore tshirt and then we headed over to

the 13 stage and watched CIWWAF. and then red jumpsuit came on and I wandered off and ended up chilling/meeting the dudes from the spill canvas...which was pretty badass, considering I didn't get to see them play cuz they were on the same time as paramore.

so besides cute and rja, we saw as I lay dying, coheed and cambria, the starting line, circa survive, evaline, killswitch, and then of course, paramore.

inbetween those shows, from 3-4 jarrod and I waited in the wicked long line to meet paramore....and at the front, it really wasn't even a line, more like a huge mass of ppl. and zac didn't seem very impressed to be there...but we walked thru and I got my copy of substream signed andd jarrod got his paramore fan club card signed.

soo around 7:30 killswitch played and jarrod and drew were upfront the entire show..I was off to the side of the stage but still pretty close...and at first I wasn't sure if I wanted to be up front for paramore...then I realized I had to be. so right after the last song from killswitch, I ran and fought through tons of sketchy and super sweaty dudes till I found jarrod and drew. we were soo tightly packed up against that barricade. it was crazy. and then paramore came on stage. and of course, hayley recognized jarrod and pointed at him a few times. =] I can't really remember the order of the set, but I'm sure jarrod will =]

so yea, we got killed by crowd surfers but it was more than worth it.

we didn't get home till like 2 this morning...and jarrod's boss called him at like 9 and wanted him to come in, but we're both dead tired and jarrod is super sunburnt.=]

sooo yea. that was a little taste of our warped adventure..
