here's my feedback:
Not to be mean...but if you're going to post a CD review' date=' you may want to check to make sure your information is right. For one, you have a picture of the WRONG Paramore band. The real one can be found on Paramore.org. The guitarist is not JOHN Bynum, it's JASON Bynum. They are not from FANKLIN, Tennessee, it's FRANKLIN. It's HAYLEY, not Hailey. And you're a copy editor? Shame, shame.[/quote']
Not to mention she missed an apostrophe on the first "band's" and misspelled Tennessee. (Missed the last "E.") Oh, and I believe by "new album," she meant "debut album." And what the hell, last I checked, Hayley's "male counter-parts" didn't "stand back and strum in silence." Josh does a nice amount of backing vocals and I believe Jason sometimes does, too.
My overall rating of the review: "C"
Or perhaps I'm being harsh?

Very cool, I'm happy Paramore's getting more attention. I just hope it won't get to their heads eventually.
I did see a little ad for their CD in an AP issue I recently bought a friend. The one with MCR on the cover. I think it was a full-page ad for Fueled By Ramen artists and Paramore was toward the bottom. But yeah, anyway.
-
Got any? Mine would be Thrice. They have really awesome stage presence and they really suck you in' date=' even if you can't understand a word. =)[/quote']
i guess that would be the same with me...when the opened for mcr i was amazed at how good they were...but i dont id ever buy theyre record
Wow... I've never actually seem them live, but I've watched performances on TV and online and I think I'd rather stick to listening to their CD.
I think I like all the bands I've seen live. I have CDs from all of them except MxPx and Straylight Run, but I want those.

The reason I don't like jamming in the store is because I suck and I feel like an idiot who doesn't know what she's doing (which is very true).
-
This palce doesn't like me. It keeps happening, and it never logs me in on the first try. =(
It musn't like you then, because it works for me. I could take a look the next time we meet or something.
-
Yeah' date=' they are, but I suck at them. I can hold a basic beat through a song, that's about it. I haven't had much practice at them since I don't own a set myself. =/[/quote']
oh that sucks! you should
it's really fun to have some yourself. you can just sit there and try to figure stuff out. that's the fun part
i figured out how to play "brighter"
I know. We still don't seem to have space for one, even after moving into a house. We've got boxes taking up way the hell too much space in the garage right now.

Claudia, you've done it again. Damn you.
Mel, very nice.
....dammit, why do I keep coming into this thread?? *runs off again*

Singapore? Very cool, I've been there once. I...don't remember it well, but we met one lady there who spoke Burmese (which is what my parents and I are). (I used to live in Malaysia, btw.) Good to know Paramore's got a fan around those parts.
-
I had to look for it. It's all the same stuff because I haven't done a lot of writing lately.
Yeah, I noticed. That's why I didn't comment on the lyriics themselves this time. (See, I do remember some of your stuff! )
Mel, nice, I liked it.
*runs away from all these writers*

Ah, I was wondering when you'd decide to post something, Claudia.
-
I'd say the singer sounds like Pierre singing weirdly. But yeah, I've only heard a couple songs so I can't say much.
-
Left it again. But then I got plenty of it in Thinzar's car on Saturday.
haha i'm totally confused..do you and thinzar know each other?? lol..this has probably already been answered
Yeah, unfortunately, we're best friends.
<_<
>_>
*runs off before Claudia sees this*

Dammit. When we went to the SP show, we got outside JUST as David was leaving the stage after the song. >=(
-
In the first one' date=' the singer sounds Asian... is that just me? Lol
I have a recording of me singing Here We Go Again... and a few others *blushes* maybe I'll post later.[/quote']
Whoa, so I'm not the only one who thought that.

I'm bored enough to do this, I suppose. (Mind you, I use WMP more often than iTunes, but I'm too lazy to type up all of what I have in WMP compared to what I have in iTunes.)

Hi, i went to the San Diego (or as Hayley said, San Dee-ah-go lol) show i went to see Simple plan, thats how i heard about Paramore they were my favorite band there (except Sp ) BTW, im 13
Yeah, I heard about Paramore because they were opening for SP. I heard a few songs and decided to buy the CD. And then of course, I loved the CD. I think Paramore was my only fav band there. SP kinda slipped from that list of mine. =/
-
I only heard their stuff at the SP show I went to recently and I loved it enough to buy the CD right there. And now it's practically stuck in my car's CD player.
-
o_O
I don't see a lot of the ones I recognize as "emo" even with the common idea of it.
-
there is something about her voice that i really like. i think her cd is pretty good too
=/
I'm like, the opposite. I think her CD's okay. Her voice....I don't have anything against it, but it doesn't blow me away or anything.

Hold up, what tour is this? I go to Cal Poly Pomona, which is damn near enough for me to want to see Paramore in Pomona.
