  1. OH MY GOD. That's at the Marquee!:P

I've been there twice. The first one was for the AP Fall Ball, the second time was for the OP Tour (which was about a week ago).

yeah i was there actually for the Paramore show just before Riot came out, back in May. And then again earlier this summer for The Offspring :]

If you go we should totally meet up!

  2. Just bought the new album, gosh I love these guys. I'm planning on going to their November 20th show, gotta request that day off and everything.

Yeah, I think this album is better than IDOTG. I think if IDOTG wasn't a double disc it would have been more well-received by the fans.

  3. The on and on bit really needs screaming :( and musicfreak please listen to more than just puzzle

I probably will once I feel better. I'm really really tired and bleh right now, but once I have some time I definitely will.

  4. Okay, here you go

" Along with "Ignorance", this song is about feeling judged or looked at thru a narrow mindset. Someone just doesn't get you - so, clearly - you're in the wrong. I have long passed been over it. There was a point where it was close to controlling me. It's hard to live under a microscope. Especially when tehse people are close enough to you they should see with their naked eye."

There's more to it, about the religious aspect and so forth, but I'll skip that cause it's a little bit long, I'll get to the last part -

"If you are a Christian or believe in Christ, you might know what I mean when I say that it's important to get the log out of your own eye before pointing out a tiny splinter in your brothers! Oh and for the record, the bible is meant to be a weapon against temptation and evil...Not against your riends' personal choice to live outside your own limits that you set for yourself."

/hands hurt, typed too fast. XD

thanks so much! You don't have to post them up here, if you wouldn't mind PMing them to me that'd be much appreciated :]

  5. ^ am i not making myself clear? i am proud of them i am happy for them i am thankful for all the new fans, because they have gotten paramore where they are today. i've said all of this numerous times in different ways. i need to just stop talking about it. i am freaking trying to be nice about it. i could be like

"fuck you, i hate the new fans they only like paramore because of hayley if you only know them b/c of miz biz than you aren't a real fan"

and I AM NOT saying that in any way..

once again..yes i knew paramore before they were "famous", yes i was upset at first, and yes i got over it. i LOVE the "new" fans. the more the better. i've never been rude to a paramore fan, though i have judged. once again everyone JUDGES people, its life. don't agree with anything i said..i'm sorry. get a life.

I think they were just agreeing with you and just adding more to your statement, no need to get defensive :]

We're all on the same page :D

  6. I feel as though Playing God is written to me haha

My whole group friends have changed A LOT of the summer and a lot of them have started to participate in things I do not necessarily approve of...and I've almost been alienating them for it and thinking better of myself because I don't do all that stuff, when really I should be taking a look at myself.

When I read Hayley's explanation of the song it hit me like a brick because the person she was talking about was me.

Needless to say I've started to try and turn my outlook around and repair those relationships.

oooh, where does she explain the song? Is it in the deluxe edition or something? I just really wanna read it now haha.

  7. man, I remember hearing Emergency for the first time in later 2006 and as time wore on I started getting more and more into their music. If they reach number 1, that would be amazing for them :]

I used to hate on the fans who started to like them after RIOT! also, but it's pointless to do that. There are a lot of bands out there I like that I didn't know of until they broke out into the mainstream. A fan's a fan, as long as you support their music you're okay in my book :]

Congrats to the band for all their success, they more than deserve it.
