  1. I still love paramore, but my interest in them has pretty much died the last six months. They just seem to be too big now, everyone knows who they are, so it's not as exciting. Plus, Riot! just was not as good as AWKIF. But hopefully, the new album will be better, and my interest will return.

  2. I love Katy Perry, I bought her album a while ago and thought the whole thing was pretty good. I was not keen on I Kissed A Girl, and I still don't really like it, but the rest of the album, I love much .

  3. theres nothing wrong with it im just saying its a bit contradictory how there doing this massive tour with JEW when they should really take like a proper proper break.

yeah i agree about it being contradictory, it's a bit shitty how the cancelled the dates here, then they're going to do those JEW dates.

But i suppose those dates aren't for a while yet, so they're probably hoping they'll sort themselves out by then. Which can only be a good thing.

  4. From what Hayley wrote, it seems like the band is on the verge of parting ways, I don't think theres a problem at home, i think the problem is among themselves -

"There are a lot of internal issues that have been going on in this band for quite a while now...

We were able to fight through all of it for this long but unfortunately we weren’t able to keep it together long enough to make it through ’til the end of this tour...

We really feel that taking this time is going to give us a chance to get away and work out our personal issues ...

We just aren’t willing to risk the life of our band over one tour."

They better not split up "/. I'd be gutted.

  5. You chose to queue up early so you only have yourself to blame really. Seeing as most venues don't open till 7.30 it looks like they actually gave you an advanced warning. The venue state on the tickets what time they open as an indication on what time you should get there. No one has any valid reason to be pissed at the band or the venue.

I didn't que up that early, i wasn't even in the que, i was in the pub over the road. The gig was meant to start at seven. I'm not pissed at the band. But like i said, i refuse to believe that the venue were not told until 5 minutes to 7 that the band were still in london.

I feel bad for the kids that were stood there all day, for a gig they've been looking forward to for months, to be told 5 minutes before that it wasn't happening. And people have a right to be annoyed or upset- yeah, these things happen and it is not the bands fault in anyway, but those feelings are still valid.

  6. i was there too, i was sat in The Star just over the road from the que. I had a feeling it was going to happen, Hayley updated the livejournal at about 12:30 today. Really pissed off to be honest, but there isn't any blame anywhere. Just annoyed cause i had to swap shifts around at work to get the day off, and now i'm having to do the same for Thursday.

  7. Also, i believe that the signing has now been cancelled? I hope the show is still on. On their livejournal hayley says theyre in london at 12pm today, and their flight to newcastle has been cancelled, or delayed. But i believe that they are drving to drive to newcastle.

  8. wow, people can be selfish. Grow up.

Bands grow, they get more successful, more people hear them, and they get new fans. paramore is not your band. you should just be happy for them. It should just be about the music anyway, what does it matter if someone else likes or dislikes it?

And Lara is a perfect example, she found Paramore through MTV. is it her fault that paramore have not crossed her path before? No, it isn't.
