Hey Guro, do you know how to make animations/gifs?

Haha, I have photoshop CS4 but I cant for the life of me figure out how to make them.

I was using the tutorial you made, but when I try to do the first step it says, "Could not complete the video frames to layers command because Quick Time version 7.1 is required." What does that mean? :/

Nope, I don't have it. I thought it meant I needed it, but I'm not sure. I'll just wait until you get yours fixed, cause I don't wanna mess anything up and do it wrong.
