hmm, their albums have gotten very stale, but live they are just so full of energy.

She's has a stronger voice than Haley's but Flyleaf will never be as big as Paramore because she isn't as good looking as Haley and isn't as easy to sell to prepubescent lads or confused girls looking for an idol.....I think Flyleaf will be around much longer than Paramore though.

 

Flyleaf are fun live but I guess it depends when you see them because I saw them on the Newcastle date and they just seemed up for it more....i've since watched live video's where they just sound bloody awful. Your right about the bassist tho

she has a powerful voice, but it grates on me. the bassist just acted like a tit the whole set. I saw them supporting stone sour. just not my thing at all

although i dont like still remains at all, and i thought they were superb live.

the worst band ive seen live is flyleaf. the singer is annoying and their bassist looked stupid.

im really liking a beautiful lie. such a great song. dont really like the band though

Like every band they are manufactured to a degree in order to make them marketable but with Fightstar their whole sound was chosen for them because of it gaining in popularity.

 

In the end you like them and im sure Kerrang! will tell you when to jump ship to the next band

you have no idea do you? Fightstar were on a major record deal, but they tried to make them poppier to be more marketable, and their singer, charlie, ripped up the contract. now they are on an indie label in the UK, and trustkill in the US. Fightstar do whatever the hell they want. do you really think charlie would leave busted, to just join another manufactured band that is told everything by a label? He abandoned potential millions of $$$ to play the music he was passionate about, and if you knew ANYTHING about fightstar, you would know that they dont deserve the shit they get.

And also the kerrang comment was uncalled for, the irony is incredible seeing how we are on a fanforum for a band who are constantly in kerrang.

no, no you wont, because the effects of it dont last 2 weeks, they last a few hours at the most.

if you went for a urine test and you have smoked weed the week before they'll find it. likewise if you crash and get a test and they find it, its not gonna look good

weed can still be found in your system 2 weeks after you've smoked it. what if you have an accident or crash a car?? you'll be in huge bollocks when they find that weed. its like drink driving.

alcohol only does that if you get drunk out of your mind on a regular basis. lets face it, weed is an illegal substance for a reason as are other drugs like E, which can kill you even if you only take one.
