Love The Silence. They're easily the best villain in the new Doctor Who. Hands down.

With Chriss and Jedd on this one.

Probably brand new eyes actually. AWKIF had too many weak/boring tracks in my opinion and Riot was immediate but with no real longevity. bne had their best song in Looking Up, very few weak/boring tracks and I still listen to songs from it more often than Riot where I only really listen to Pessimist.
-
I might be going to see Jimmy Eat Worldddddd!
The first London date? Please say yes.

I confess that I LOVE pro-wrestling.
This was posted while TNA was airing. You said pro-wrestling and not sports entertainment. Are you a TNA man?

lol....
Cause people spend more time posting things like "the boards are dead" than posting (somewhat) constructive posts in other threads.
You seem to have taken this quite personally, it wasn't a dig at you. I log in here infrequently at best and all I ever see is people just posting things like "this place is dead" and "I miss the old PF" instead of other posts in other threads which might garner replies. My two posts you highlights garnered two replies alone plus this response here (and my longer reply in the Josh thread which I was typing as you replied here). Again, was an observation, not a dig at you.
-
Might as well post something constructive, cause I'm bored and I like the sound of my voice in my head while I type. It's a lot more fun sounding and easier to listen to than my real voice.
This is comfortably the most boring, predictable, drawn out turn of events following a someone leaving a band ever. Guy leaves band, guy said stuff, media twist stuff. I'm surprised people (not on here, mostly the Twitter populace) STILL go on about this and react the way they do. Kids (looking at the younger, more impressionable teens here) can't handle it when someone (namely celebrities) doesn't live up to the unrealistically high standards they hold them in. Unfortunately, it's happening in this scenario with two people: Josh and Hayley. They can't take that Josh left the band and is happy without it and they don't like how he's been talking about Hayley. But they refuse to believe what he says about Hayley (it's probably all true but it could just as easily not be). They refuse to believe anything he says about Hayley and as such, rebel back against him harder because what he says goes against the regards they hold Hayley in. Guaranteed if the fan base of Paramore was older (like I'd say it is on here) then this whole "h8 j0sh, g0 di333" mentality would be non-existent or at least minor at best. But because it's a bunch of teenage keyboard warriors who only have the mental capacity to think in the extremes of love and hate the whole thing is blown out of proportion. The more mature fans I've found are more like "good luck, moving on, that's that".
Anyway, my personal thoughts on Josh is he's welcome to say what he wants, I wouldn't expect him to miss it. I'm sure there will be some aspects he'll miss but he left for a reason and I'd rather he was happy doing his own thing and Paramore had someone playing guitar who wanted to be there than having the band together and him looking like a miserable sod. This "Josh leaving" palaver isn't quite nearly as boring as the "Josh looks like he DGAF" nonsense which has littered Paramore discussions for the best part of three years. Well yet anyway. This will probably hit the mind numbing monotony of that almost ever lasting saga once the new EP comes out and everyone thinks every song is about Josh leaving/being miserable.
Yawn.

Change the name to Blue.
-
I'd miss Zac more than Josh too, just saying. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-
mediocre album sales (stopping at only platinum status)
Only!? D:
For the record, I absolutely loved The Best Damn Thing. Dunno what it was about it. Probably that it was more poppy, as I'm a huge sucker for pop. Ask anyone. They'll know. Still, really excited to see what this album brings.
-
If it helps any, I use this (http://hotspotshield.com/) to watch hockey games that are broadcast online for the US/Canada only. That should work for those outside the US for this Paramore stream, no promises though haha.
-
can't remember off the top of my head and i'm too lazy to find the link, but i'm quite sure josh said he spoke to hayley about the lyrics, yes?
but she decided to use them anyway or something
i'm sure they did try and say something but hayley wasn't having it so they decided it wasn't worth the fight
From the blog:
. We fought her about how her lyrics misrepresented our band and what we stood for, but in the end she got her way. Instead of fighting her any longer, we decided to just roll over and let it go. -
which two members? Kayla and the newbie? or?
YOU AND I ERIN. I H8 U SO MUCH. SO MUCH H8 ERIN. SO MUCH.
-
What I don't understand is why a splitting of a band has to result in the hatred of two forum members.
h8 u~
-
I guess I thought you had a problem with Hayley. My mistake. Noidea where I could have gotten that idea from.
Which you would if you took all of what she said seriously.
-
I'm not favoring Hayley at all, but I was interested to hear Josh say that the lyrics to 'Playing God' specifically hurt when that song was written by all three, Hayley, Josh, and Zac.
Song =/= lyrics
-
They're like your polar opposites. They have an unhealthy love for Hayley, and although I'm new here, I've noticed already that you seem to have an unhealthy hate for Hayley. Neither extreme is a good thing in my opinion. Just saying.
Based on a few sarcastic comments Kayla made? Yeah, cause that's what unhealthy hate's all about. That last sentence was also sarcasm, just in case.

Anybody watching the Royal Wedding today ?

Had to turn down an invite to be in the Horse Guard case of a uni exam. Was so gutted. Watched what I could on TV though. Truly great.
