  1. British actor Jamie Campbell-Bower has revealed he will play Volturi leader Caius in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

The 20-year-old, who has appeared in RockNRolla and Sweeney Todd, told the BBC news website that taking part in the vampire series was "very exciting".

"You're the first people I've told" he said. "Shooting has already started, and I'm going over in June."

The film, due for release in November, is the second adaptation from author Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series.

The role of Caius is key to the plot of New Moon. He forms part of the triumvirate leading the Italian based coven of vampires called the Volturi.

The second book in the series sees the gang become a threat to lovers Bella and Edward.

    What do you think?

  2. Dear you,

It's been two years. Two very confusing misleading years. You've held my hand, woke me up early in the morning to talk, we've been to 12 movies together, spent hours working out things that we don't understand, useless pointless things. Remember the time we discussed the origin of the dark? That was fun. Also the first time you hugged me. You look at me every time like it's the first time you're seeing me. You talk to me like you love me, like I know that, like it's the most obvious thing. But I don't know that. You need to tell me, just once in your life be honest with me and tell me how you feel. I am getting tired of guessing. Like I have been for two years.

As cliche as it is, I am head over heels, butterflies in my tummy, pounding heart, clouded mind, quick breathing in love with you.

    Even though you're slow.

  3. and they were two of the best in the movie....

Summit are all in it for the money, Catherine was the one who fought with them to stick to the book as much as possible when they were filming, who knows how far it's gonna trail off with New Moon?

if they get rid of Taylor, i can safely say i won't like the movie, it sounds dramatic but it took me this long to get used to the cast, they change it now and sorry but it's f*cked.

the directing wasn't PHENOMENAL. but you could tell Catherine had a passion for the book, the story and Edward + Bella, when she did interviews she described it all so well, the only way you could describe it like that is to read the book and love it.

not from readin a script or a review, so i don't have too many high hopes for this Chris Weitz guy, i mean, most of the movies he's done are comedies, and this is a romance so... but the only thing that has calmed me SLIGHTLY about him taking the role as director is this i found on a random Twilight group i am with on Myspace : http://i37.tinypic.com/zssf93.jpg

    i kinda sighed ish.

but still, it's sad to see Catherine go :(

but in all this, with them pushing the date (which frankly, is another stupid move, i'd be willing to wait if it meant it'd be a good movie) i was wondering why Stephenie hadn't stepped in and said anything?

i'm sure she could, but yeah.

    they better keep Taylor! >_<

nothing against this Michael guy, but he isn't Jacob [:

let's just hope this Chris guy tell's summit to chill a bit x]

    She did step in.

    http://stepheniemeyer.com/

    Read it.

And you guys have to remember that Summit owns the movie rights to the saga, Sure stephenie has a say here and there but I think things like the director and such isn't up to her.

She seems pleased and enthusiastic about Chris so I am not too worried.

    :)

  4. You're all saying Meyer should have ended with Eclipse but I have a question...

Think about it. If she did end with eclipse then there would have been this unsatisfying feeling because through the whole saga and Meyer said so herself, Bella and Edwards's relatiionship is defined by the fact that he is a vampire and she is not. So it would have been really annoying and also stupid if she ended it with eclipse because there would always be that open possibility that she didn't become a vampire. And that would've been really annoying.

I think Breaking Dawn was the right way to end it. Al though I would have written 5 books insteas of four. Seperate the pregnancy/trnasformation and the Volturri attacks. But I personally think she wrote the story brilliantly.
