theamaranth Posted October 1, 2007 Report Share Posted October 1, 2007 k, well I have a kinda wideeee musical range... and you've prolly heard alot of these bands all ready.. but give um a second chance.. or a first glance.. a day to remember: all of the cd "for those who have a heart *andd their old songs... including: -casablanca sucked anyways -you had me at hello -you should have killed me when you had the chance -1958 -your way with words -a second glance -if looks could kill blaqk audio: this is the electronica side project of davey havok and jade puget.. the lead singer and guitatarist of AFI. you need the whole cd, and it's the only one they have, it's called, "cexcells". it's amazinggg. alkaline trio: you need the whole cd, "crimson". enough said. bright eyes: ..one of my all time fav bands. I don't suggest his latest cd, "cassadaga".. cuzz conor oberst went to rehab and it's just not as powerful as his old stuff. *some of my fav songs*: -the calendar hung itself -no lies, just love -I wanna lover I don't have to love -drunk kid catholic -lua -poison oak -sunrise, sunset -bowl of oranges -we are nowhere, and it's now -at the bottom of everything -take it easy, love nothing yeah, I got more favs...but that's enough to get ya into them.=] incubus: another one of my fav bands. my suggestion? want an amazing cd?? get "morning view." but then again, I suggest everything they've ever made. they're that good.=p the spill canvas: another fav band. get everything. they only have three cds. the newest coming out oct. 2nd. the best bday present everrr. cuz I turn 18 on otc. 3rd. =p anddd of course, AFI: my all time fav band everrrr. [paramore is second...] anddd yea. get all old stuff. it's punk.. so if you want a more alternative sound.. get their last two cds, "sing the sorrow".. which is the cd that got me into them.. and "decemberunderground" oh and last but not least, a new band I like.. I saw them with scary kids, scaring kids.. they're called pierce the veil: just go buy "a flair for the dramatic" every song is good.. I loveeee loveee loveee "yeah boy and doll face" "wonderless" is a good one too. jarrod loves "currents convulsive" soo yeah. those are just a few of some really good music I listen tooooo.
