Thanks for posting the info about the uk tour . I was just browsing gigsandtours.com and saw it there first . Wonder if someone like Drive By might support them ? Anyway, ive ordered my tickets for the London gig too. I might think about going to the portsmouth gig too, with tix only £9 ish. Btw.. when you go on seetickets it has two types for the London one; Standing and Unreserved. Got the standing of course but whats the point in "unreserved"?? I mean its not like standing are set places, unless i suppose they have two areas. Thanks again. Defo worth going, they were great on first uk gig.

Same happens for me. The files look to small to be mp3's too, when i download them.

If you want to save any paramore youtube videos to your pc, just copy the address into the box, and make sure youtube is selected. Click download, give the video a name (with .flv at the end), and then all you need is either of the players it suggests - personally i use vlc player cos i already had it on pc.

^ nice one with the shelf mission lol. Well the UK release is out.. but the online store websites just list the tracks which are in the American Import. Pity they haven't included a bonus track, like the Japanese version, doesnt seem very fair. If anyone buys the UK version tho, do let us know if it has anything thats different.. like bonus tracks or interactive cd or anything (doubt it tho). I suppose at least it means people will b able to buy Paramore's cd easier , (even tho the import seems readily availible for a similar price)

Drive By finished at 9.30pm. (So they were well within the 10pm curfew) The band did come to the merch stand, like hayley said they would... but not for very long. Have fun at the gig ur going to.

I was wondering whether to bring a camera but didnt.. and apparently u couldnt anyway so good call there lol. I think its like no professional cams but watever. Here We Go Again was gd, thats what i meant earlier in the thread btw.. not Conspiracy lol. I was wondering if paramore were gonna show at the merch stand.. considering the load of people who went there lol. They did kind of under estimate yup.

Well hayley was signing peoples tickets n stuff and kept moving a few times..cos security told her too i think. Prob was people wouldnt move out the way once they got something signed.. i was close to herbut not close enough to get something signed lol. Hayley was kind of surrounded by fans on these stairs...then three security people took her out.... it's a pity cos she seemed to be alright signing peoples stuff.. would have been better if she stayed where she was in the first place. Nearly got some other signatures but was trying to get hayleys one first lol. Im not that bothered tho - it was a great gig afterall. Oh and did u see the 2nd drumstick harrisonthe2nd ? lol.. that landed just in front of me and my friends.. one friend nearly caught it!.. then just as we were about to try picking it up.. there was like a crowd of fans suddenly dived to the floor lol.. and beat us too it. Me and my friends all had a great time yeah.. very gd gig.

I thought it was conspiracy yeah.. maybe it was Never Let This Go though actually.. i'll have a listen to their cd tomorro - im too tired to think about it tonight lol. Might have got the song names mixed up. They did that thing at the end of..emergency think it was ? Those few lines of that other song.. think its been on the media section before.

Hi all. Just got back from Paramore's first gig (as part of Give it a name introduces) at Carling Acadamy Islington - was great! The venue was really gd, we were close to the band and it was so small. Most people there seemed to be there for Paramore , gd news lol. I felt a bit sorry for Drive By, cos most people left after Paramore - Drive By were alright too, i liked one of earlier songs best.. cant remember the name. Promise and the one after..or after that.. lol. Anyway Paramore was awsome, and Hayley was like it's their first time outside of the USA and the crowd here are the best singers yet...awww. Oh yeah it was funny too when Hayley was trying to reach some fan's hand from the stage.. and couldnt reach lol - "my arm isnt long enough!" lol. Hayley's singing was awsome, great voice; all the guitarists were great, really gd guitar solos (and by all the bands too actually), and drumming was great too. Overall great night - best £5 i've ever spent . The setlist was something like this: All We Know Woah Emergency Conspiracy Pressure My Heart I've probably missed a couple off but u get the general idea. The ending with My Heart was awsome, and i think everyone had a gd time - including the band. If u get a chance in the uk to go to one of the other "give it a name introduces" gigs.. well worth it. Also Classic Case started about 7.25pm, then Paramore went after them at around 8, then Drive By were after that. I think i missed Blackout before Classic Case but i got there in time for the main bands! (and paramore!.. loads of time - great place to put them in the line up). Just thought others might wanna know, to bear in mind for the other gigs. Hope others who went had a gd time too.

The link at the top for megaupload still works. Just play the .wmv (windows media) video in Windows Media Player.. or most video players eg. vlc player, windvd, powerdvd..

Hmm if u can get there early, thats the best solution. I think seetickets said Blackout or something was another one ? The tix say "and special guests", maybe it's blackout.. cos surely they cant fit many more bands in one night lol.

Doesn't say it wasn't tho ? I have to agree with x3__kim at the start of the topic, who said it'll b released in the uk. It's likely u bought the US import and the shops have just decided to order a load, otherwise they'd be in trouble if they sold a UK release before the release date. Also if u got it at virgin - http://www.virginmegastores.co.uk/invt/655002 "All We Know Is Falling [uS Import]" Play.com lists the UK Release - "availability: Due for release on 24/04/2006" Unfortunatly it doesnt list any bonus tracks yet .

I had a listen to driveby on the purevolume website, they seem alright. Should be good i expect.. like paramore . Well if u go with the start time on carling acad. website of 7.. then if i got there 7.20 ur saying i might miss 20 mins of the first band ? Usually they start an hour after doors but they have got a lot of bands to fit in with supports (dunno if thats just the blackout or not). Maybe i'll see if i can leave work earlier and get there 5 mins after 7. EDIT: Got an email from Acadamy Music Group - They say all stagetimes as accurately as they know them are on their website ( http://www.islington-academy.co.uk) - and also said specific stagetimes are usually on there a week before the show. So must be 7pm start.

Did u get your tickets off seetickets.com or gigsandtours.com (same site but different layout) ? It says there, "When: SATURDAY, 22/04/2006, doors at 19:30, starts at 19:30 " but on the tix says 6pm.. which must b doors, so obviously the doors time on the website was wrong. Thing is tho im told it shouldnt start till 7.30 but then the islington acadamy website says 7-10pm.. Would b better if they all wrote down the same time... . Do u think it'll b ok if i get there 7.20 ? cos even if it starts from 7.. which im told by seetickets it shouldn't.. i'd expect it would b just the support bands .. cos it says special guests too.
