actually it's 17, 16 depending on which state u live in BUT! u can get someone u know to donate for u and take their vip pass it actually works out pretty well cuz someone is still donating blood

i know i'm not brent but i might be able to answer your question from what i read from peoples' experiences they have a list of the names of the people for the meet and greet u show them your id and then they should let u in hope that helps (someone correct me if i'm wrong)
