Ok. For a start there is no flow what so ever. The colouring that people are speaking of is ok at best. Perhaps playing with the levels. The line takes all attention away from the focal which is meant to be the people. On the up side the text is nice

In my honest opinion that sig is really not that good. It is essentially a picture with some text and a green line put on top. This is not in anyway meant to insult you. It's just an observation I have made up all graphics makers on this site.
