SuperJess Posted August 31, 2007 Report Share Posted August 31, 2007 I would go over to him at lunch if he's alone, and be like "Hey, do you mind if I sit here?" and then just ask him what grade he is, his name (even if you know...act like you don't so you can get to know him). If it was me sitting all alone at a table by myself I would be glad if someone came and talked to me. Just don't come off as too pushy if you know what I mean. * wHaTsErNaMe * Posted September 8, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 8, 2007 thanx guys.........for being so helpful, actually he sits with us at lunch now and hes getting more talkative, but sadly..........hes most likely moving again soon which is really sad because i like him (much).....but meanness this stupid prep-snob came up to him at lunch when he was sitting beside with about 5 of my friends and goes to him "hey john, i noticed that you were new and didnt have any friends so im inviting you to sit with us...." WTF??? my friend went "WERE HIS FRIENDS" like she didnt even econgize that we were there and were the ONLY ppl to actually talk to him for like a week. that really pissed me off, ya know, like wut gives her the right (shes a bitch any way, but still!!!)
