On FBR the youth t-shirts are the same cut as the mens t-shirts, just smaller versions (they are just straight cut, loose fitting) if it says girls, the shirt is fitted (goes in at the middle). So for a guy, buy either an adult t-shirt or if the small is too big the youth can be worn.
