clowdiaa Posted February 17, 2008 Report Share Posted February 17, 2008 here are a few artists/bands that are amazing and I highly recommend them Lights Resolve-Band from NYC really great sound for only three people in the band, i wouldnt be surprised if they get huge in the next 2 years Imogen Heap-awesome electronica from the UK...she's amazing, takes some getting used to tho Sara Bareilles- from LA, you've probably heard her single, "Love Song", but the rest of the record Little Voice is so diverse and raw, i love it...and she has a set of pipes let me tell you. Regina Spektor- yea i'll be honest, i didnt like her at first, but her voice takes time to get used to, the best songs are the ones of just her and the piano like "Field Below" and "Summer in the City" Push Play- band from Long Island have a pop/punk vibe, have already been sorta taken up by MTV's wings, but overall great sound...and it doesnt hurt that theyre all gorgeous haha\ Between the Trees-amazing, amazing, amazing!!! super catchy, amazing riffs, and some of the best lyrics i've heard in a while...very diverse sound as well enjoy!
