  1. I will probably never miss another hometown paramore show again in my life. I would drive any distance to see another show like that, and it'd be more than worth it. so yes we should plan on having an enormous pf meet up at their next show in nashville. it would be crazy.
  2. lol yea i saw that. Its cool that you recognized us from my earlier meet and greet pics and said hi. Im always happy to meet new pf people. and ive been looking at that pic of hayley for a long time and i still cant see any resemblance of britney spears... i dont get it.
  3. wow guys its kinda weird that this tour is over already. I was looking forward to these shows for such a long time..... it just feels strange to not have any plans to go and see them again. Im really glad they are taking some time off now after the uk tour. I just wish I knew when we can expect the next tour to happen, so that I would have something else to look forward to. =) haha. does that make any sense?
  4. yea. I miss it too. I have so many great memories from that day. im glad you guys like the pics.
  5. oh. well i will put my videos here since they wont take up a ton of space. =) they turned out ok compared to last time. I put em on megaupload so that they will be higher resolution than if i use youtube. The audio is pretty decent in my hero, but it could be better in the others. here is links for the downloads, they shouldnt be too large of files hopefully. My Hero - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=J2NGLR7V Never Let This Go - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7JJHT5C4 Hallelujah - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=PZ4QV5HJ My Beautiful Rescue - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=SG0289KM Ajax jumping people at the meet and greet - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2NN9CMDE I dunno what happened to my other videos, my memory card must need formatting or something because it lost some files.
  6. ^hey i remember seeing you take that pic in your signature. haha its a good pic. thanks for looking at my photos everyone. and yea i think i may have temporarily blinded hunter with my flash a couple times. it wasnt on purpose.
  7. I posted my pictures in a separate thread in the photography section because theres so many of them and i didnt wanna use this thread... in case someone cares to look at them. Im gonna upload the videos now.
  8. Well thanks. I ended up deleting most of my pics because they were just terrible. Im glad some of you like them though. Here are my pics from the meet and greet... i look kinda retarded in them but try to ignore that. I was really happy to get these pictures. We were a bit too close for the insane flash on my camera. I wasnt ready in this picture which is why I wasnt smiling or anything. that's pretty much all that i've got.
  9. Hayley and her sister... Hayley and Dan from This Providence... Phil Ryan Dan
  10. I am so mad at my camera right now... it sucks so much and I can't wait to get a new one once I save up some $$$. Pretty much everything is overexposed and theres nothing I could do to fix it. Its just a shitty camera. I hope you enjoy the pics nonetheless, I have about 60 that I would like to share. The rest didnt turn out too great. These are resized to 50%.
  11. ok alyssa already gave a great review of the show, but im gonna write one from my point of view anyhow just because I like to do so. =) my sister and i came to rocketown at like eleven thirty but i didnt notice anyone there yet, so we walked to broadway to try and find a place to eat. When we got back to the venue it was probably an hour later. alyssa had texted me saying she snuck inside, so I eventually met her in the coffee bar there. After a while we went outside to wait. Probably a couple hours later I noticed everyone hanging out on the other side of the building, and all the bands were loading in and stuff. ajax said for alyssa and kerrie to bring the cake around for josh, and they let me come with because they are so nice. Josh seemed really happy and appreciative for the giving of cake, it was really cool. We stayed at the rear of the building for a while and ajax and nicky came and hung out for like a half hour. All the guys from TP were walking around but they seemed busy so I didnt want to bother them, except for Ryan who i met and he was really nice. After that we spent a few more hours waiting by the door before they let us in for the meet and greet. The meet and greet was spectacular. I talked to everyone in the band for a short while and got pics with all of em too i think. We spoke with hunter for like 10 minutes, he is such an awesome guy. i didnt get a chance to meet him at our last m&g in cleveland. He mentioned that they might play the full setlist again for the hometown show, so I was really excited. He also thought that we were crazy for driving down from michigan... which may not be far from the truth. Everyone in the band mentioned how they were so happy to be home, and they all seemed to be in such a great mood. Oh and ajax jumped some people at the meet as well. it was great. After the meet they let us down to the stage while lorien was still doing sound check. This providence was hanging out by the entrance, so I got to meet the rest of them and they all signed my tp poster (kerrie, thanks so much for letting me borrow your sharpie you are awesome) then i got a pic with ryan and dan. once they started letting people in, we had to wait another hour before the show actually started. I got a spot in the front row slightly off to the right of the stage. at like 7:30 i think it was, lorien finally came out, and i thought they were pretty damn good. for not having known any of their songs, i enjoyed their set quite thoroughly. after lorien I was expecting familyforce5 to come out, but instead it was TP. I was kinda upset because i think they deserved to go before paramore... but they played an awesome show. They threw in a lot of new songs that I hadnt heard live before, it was really cool. I didnt expect them to play road to jericho. it was sad though because they talked about how it was their last show with paramore, and how they were good friends from the tour and didnt want it to be over with. Hayley came out during wolf in sheeps clothing and sang along with dan, i got a couple of pictures. =) the crowd was really peaceful, there were no crowd surfers, and hardly any pushing at all, except for a few times during FF5's set. Usually I dont like a lame crowd, but after some of the experiences ive had previously on this tour, I was relieved. I didnt like family force 5 at all. before paramore came on stage, i noticed a bunch of people watching from the sides and behind the stage where they have the monitor boards and stuff. I assume it was alot of their friends and family. I recognized a few of them. So then hayley came out with the lantern and they did the whole emergency thing like usual. Her voice is perfect again and sounded better than Ive ever heard before. The entire band were playing really well, it just sounded terrific. The second song they played was here we go again, at the end hayley sang what i think is called one armed scissor? she noticed me singing along to that part and pointed at me, i was like . I was worried since they didnt play brighter that it would be the same setlist theyve been playing. But then later they did my hero, which was really cool. It was pretty emotional during franklin and when hayley was talking about the meaning of the song... you could tell that it meant alot for her to be playing it for their hometown crowd. After playing whoa they left the stage, and everyone just sorta cheered until they came back out. I completely expected them to come out and play my heart for the encore, but they totally surprised me by going into hallelujah after the intro, i was so happy. :D it was my fourth time hearing hallelujah live. then after that they played my heart as well. It was perfect. but they dedicated my heart to someone in a band that they knew who had passed away, and hayley could hardly explain all this to everyone because it was so sad, i think she almost started crying. I probably wouldve cried too if she did. it was really sad. but the song was amazing. i think this was when she had her little sister come out and help her sing. i dont need to describe how powerful the ending of my heart is because its already been discussed before, but it was incredible. =) I didnt hang around after the show because i figured the band was gonna load out and then take the raffle winner on their bus for a while. My sister and i hadnt eaten in a long time so we decided to leave. but this show was the greatest experience of my life so far... im so glad that i went. I wish i couldve stayed in nashville for a while longer. it's now my favorite city. I seriously wanna live there. It was awesome being able to meet alyssa and kerrie, you guys are so nice. thanks so much for letting me be a part of the whole birthday celebration for josh. I have a lot of pics that i will post in a bit, and i have videos of My Beautiful Rescue, Never Let This Go, My Hero, Hallelujah, and ajax jumping people. i thought i had more vids but they arent showing up on my camera any more. the sound quality isnt very good anyways.
  12. i just got home. looks like yall have already covered this show pretty well. It was the greatest time ive ever had. they just keep getting better. Ive got about 100 pics and 6 or 7 videos that will be uploaded later... even though they arent as good as the ones thatve already been posted. Ill probably write up a review or something too but i need to rest a bit after that trip. it was awesome getting to meet some of you pf'ers. =)
  13. I made it to nashville in like 8 hours yesterday.... it was a pretty decent trip. right now i'm in rocketown on their computers.... noone seems to mind us being in here at all. this is a really nice place. I dont even know where we are suppsed to wait in line at. I guess it doesnt matter.
  14. ok i am leaving in 9 hours, and until then im going to try to sleep a little... ill be away from the forums until sunday. so i guess ill see ya guys at the show... text me if you need anything.
  15. i dunno. I mean if someone really wants to read i guess i dont mind...
  16. I couldnt think of anything original to do, so I just put in some pics that ive taken and a message thingy... i thought it was gonna be late so i made it in like 3 minutes. i know its small but you can get an idea... plus i dont want everyone reading it because its pretty lame.
  17. It's supposed to be pretty nice outside on saturday in nashville. I'm happy about that because last time I waited in line for hours it was like 110 degrees.... so this will be more enjoyable for sure. all of my preparations for the trip are going exceptionally well. we are leaving early tomorrow morning... im excited. itll be a fun time. last night i had a dream that i made it to nashville and realized that I forgot my confirmation email to get our tickets and they wouldnt let us get the tickets or go into the meet and greet. i was so relieved when i woke up from that one.
  18. yea it doesnt really matter. mine was pretty stupid... its not a big deal. it could be completely random.
  19. ohh sweet. thanks... im not very observant. I dont know why they chose to play it acoustic though, if they were just going to use their amplifiers because the sound system wasnt working they couldve still plugged in and played a normal show, it just wouldnt have been as loud as usual. Its cool that they did them acoustic though for whatever reason.
  20. oh dang.... they played a fully acoustic show?!? I never heard about that one. I'd really like to see a review or a video or something... i cant even find the thread for that show. Oh well. there does seem to be a shortage of reviews and pics and stuff lately.
