It's definitely hard to come back from, and I used to try to give Josh some credit and not take sides, but his whole "imposing Jesus on everyone" thing is a bit off-putting to me.
But bands have come back from other very public falling-out issues in the past. So it's totally possible. Time heals all wounds (maybe).
Can't say I miss him at all. I'm also glad I don't follow his tweets, haha.
I also wouldn't call his statement the whole truth. He took a lot of things that anyone working in the music industry would know as commonplace and shared them with a bunch of fans who had never been exposed to that knowledge before (most singers are the only band members signed to their major label contracts, for one; it's just easier legally), which I think was pretty trashy. It was also funny that he failed to mention his newly extended publishing contract with Warner Chappell that went through shortly before it was announced he and Zac were leaving. It wasn't like he was thrown out with no source of income. He's still quietly writing songs for other artists... some of whom have decided not to work with him any longer because he may have been too much to deal with.
Zac on the other hand... he's one cool dude. I'm glad he and Taylor are reconciling.

Since we already have a post talking about Hayley's voice and a nice discussion about how (awesome) she sounds live, I'm going to close this thread.
Here's a link to the other one. Feel free to keep the discussion going there: http://paramorefans.com/boards/index.php/topic/9247-has-anyone-else-noticed-her-voice-lately/

Pretty sure there already is an International Day of Paramore, isn't there? I don't remember what day, but all of the Paramore fan Twitter accounts usually mention it when it's near. There's also a Wear Your Paramore Shirt Day - that's April 30th.
PS - Guys, can we please keep signatures to one or two photos or graphics? It speeds up load time, and it's just generally courteous to other board members. Thank you!

Seeing it in theaters was possibly the best experience ever! Not only was the 3D really cool (and really high def - you could see individual hairs on peoples' faces, lol), but being in a room with 60 other people who laughed at all the same times as me because they all understood the jokes was the best feeling ever. Then everybody clapped at the end, kind of like a concert, haha. I wish they did this more often!

^ No need to tweet anymore, as the show Jarrod went to was on the 15th.
I do still want to know if anything happened. Even if nothing happened at the show, I'd still like to make sure she said, "yes."

They've been asked this a lot, actually, and have given a definitive answer. They all consider themselves Christians in some way, shape or form. However, they are not a Christian band, nor do they want their music to come off as if they are preaching to people.

I'm even more excited to see it in 3D tomorrow on the big screen!
I actually really liked how they used Rose/Bad Wolf, but I'm a huge Bad Wolf fan, so I think that's why, haha. She had a lot of really clever lines that I really enjoyed.
I swear that someone once mentioned that Gallifrey was time-locked and not actually destroyed (in an episode way back), but oh well, it turned out to be the case anyway. I do like that the Doctor changed the fate of the planet but that his prior regenerations won't remember it - the whole belief that he destroyed his own planet kind of made him who he was up until this point. I may have shouted "YES!" when Capaldi's Doctor showed up in that scene, and I hugged the Fourth Doctor's scarf that I was wearing extra tight when Tom Baker showed up. That was a really cool scene. I liked the way they left it cause now the Doctor has even more potential adventures (as if there was ever really a lack of them, haha).
The reference to Jack was when Clara and Kate Lethbridge-Stewart were in the Black Archive. The Vortex Manipulator that Clara used to get away from the Zygons was "bequeathed to the UNIT Archive by Jack Harkness on the occasion of his death... well, one of them."
I loved this episode. Anybody who's complaining is just looking for things to whine about.

Sorry for the double post, but... 15 HOURS!!
UPDATE: It was perfect. I loved it! If you missed it and don't want to wait for the re-air, try this: http://bit.ly/IaufzC
(It'll probably take till way longer than the re-air to download it anyway, but still...)

Sweet! Yeah, I'll find you one if you need it.
More Rose spoilers...
"It's nothing... just a wolf." AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When a board member does something really bad, you can "warn" them - not sure if all members can warn people or if it's just an admin/mod thing. Either way, it's not to be taken lightly and should only be used in really bad situations.

No worries. "Unopened Letters" is pretty much an open thread to vent about things you can't bring up anywhere else, so we let the swearing slide cause sometimes you just need to get it all out. They're just words.

YAY BUTTON!!

My friend from my old job is going to see it with me on Monday! I CAN'T WAIT!! lol. I'll still be watching on Saturday though. I have BBC America, but I know a guy who usually streams it in the afternoon (when it airs in the UK). If you can't find a stream, let me know. I'll probably just post a link to one here so anyone who needs it has it.

Hey, sorry the swearing bothers you - I don't swear much, myself - but it's part of normal conversation. Unless someone is swearing directly at someone to attack or offend them on purpose, we generally let it slide cause it's a part of everyday life. I haven't really noticed much of it recently. What threads are you looking at?

Oh yeah, and how about that interview I did with Jenna that I TOTALLY forgot to post the link to here? It was too dark for video, but she was more than happy to sit and chat for a while (she even tried to find a light enough place to film video for a good five minutes, but alas, Webster Hall has horrible lighting, lol).Check it out!

That man and fezzes. lol
I was thinking about seeing it in theatres, but I don't have anyone to go with and I don't know the theatre by me very well. We'll see though!

if hayley follows the PF account on twitter you could always try DMing it to her instead of @replying
no chance of anyone else seeing it and she may be more likely to see it as a direct message idk
This would be a great way to reach her... if she ever remembered to check her DM's.
Any luck tonight, Jarrod? Brent (who keeps PF up and running) texted Hayley last night to share your story. Not sure if he ever heard back.

I've noticed her vocal style changing, but it certainly wasn't just with this album. I remember hearing the little vocal run she does in That's What You Get all the way back in 2007 and being shocked she could sing like that, and she's been impressing and surprising me ever since. A singer's voice takes a while to mature, and Hayley's voice is definitely getting there. I swear it's better every time she records something new.

Even better than the synopsis? The Night Of The Doctor... the prequel to The Day Of The Doctor!
-
Does she follow the ParamoreFans Twitter account? If there's no chance of her seeing this, I could try to tweet the link to Hayley.

These photos are amazing!

Jon Howard is one awesome dude. I also think this should become Paramore's new slogan: "All really nice people doing nice people things."
