I'm not a huge fan of her music, but she is undeniably talented.
I saw her perform "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree", just her a guitar and a recording device which is activated by footpedals.
She got on stage and tapped a tambourine a few times, recorded it, looped it.
Then clapped a beat, recorded it, looped it.
She drummed on her guitar a bit, recorded it looped it.
Then she did the ooo oooohs on the song and started playing the guitar and doing the song.
The result was a incredibly rich sound, it was almost like a whole band was there but it was just her, a guitar and a pedal. She even busted out a kazoo... absolutely fantastic.
