lol thanks for posting that. I've been trying to find videos from columbus warped for a long time with no luck.

Ok so I'm now planning to hit all of the first three dates of this tour. and once again if possible I'd really like to find someone else who is going that would be able to split the cost for the meet and greet passes. I have a feeling that ill have trouble finding anyone for this show though, there just doesnt seem to be many fans in that area. but hey it's worth a shot. anyone???

they had like a little sign up at the myspace tent that said "Paramore Signing" and the time... i dunno if theres any way to find out before you get there. I didnt know that bands started playing before noon.... i wouldve been so pissed if paramore played that early and i missed them. I wasn't even there until like 12:30.

Is anybody else coming to this show? Me and ROHryno are trying to find people that would be willing to pitch in for the VIP meet and greet tickets. If we can get at least one more person to agree to pay their share I will go ahead and order the tickets. We are thinking that everyone can just pay me back for them when we get to the show. so if you are interested please let me know soon so i can buy the tickets before they are sold out! thanks!

I think the meet and greet tickets are the same price as regular tickets, but you have to order 4 at once to get vip passes with them. I recall paying something like $15 for the detroit show. and i am in the southwest corner of michigan.... about half way between chicago and detroit.

lol thats ok. but yea there are still vip tickets available for detroit.... maybe if we could get 3 or 4 people that are going to pitch in we could get em? I already bought a regular ticket but i'd be willing to pay for another one.... just not four of them.

I didn't even realize that the EP was free with the purchase of AWKIF or I probably would've bought the CD again anyways... I mean thats $5 for a full length cd plus it would help the band in selling more of them. But instead since I was trying to save money I just got the EP by itself. As for the meet and greet stuff, I don't blame them for having a limited number of fans to meet with before the show... with as big as they are getting it would be insane to try and meet with all of the fans, and probably take forever even just to do a signing. I don't like that you have to get 4 tickets at once though, i mean most people only need one or two tickets, so they are basically making you buy more than you need so they can sell more but w/e.

From the bands that were listed, the best in my opinion would be Saosin. With anthony green of course.... lately I'm not too fond of them. But out of all bands, The Black Dahlia Murder is by far the most talented "screaming band" that I've ever heard. They are just amazing.

lol I can't handle the heat all day. This year at warped I spent like $25 on water and was still getting dizzy like i was dehydrated or something.

I wonder why they started scheduling them to play so late in the day... at first they were on at around 3:00 ?? I'm usually so exhausted at warped that i leave early. I would probably need a nap or something if i were staying that late.

lol i guess it wouldnt be too bad of a drive if I had a cd player in my road-trip car. but I convinced my sister to come with me if I buy her ticket... The day after the chicago show I will be making the trip to detroit by myself though.

I would have to agree with you on that, I've just seen FFTL live for the first time at warped and I wasn't at all impressed. I still like em but they shouldnt be getting the extra set time every day in my opinion. Anyways i will continue voting for paramore as soon as that website starts working for me again...

I am absolutely going to be there. but I am having trouble finding anyone to come with me Hopefully I won't have to make the 2.5 hour drive alone... that would suck.

I just ordered tickets for the Chicago and Detroit shows (august 2nd and 3rd).... i sure hope that I can make it to both of em. Anyone else planning to attend these dates? They are already sold out of meet and greet passes for chicago... that upsets me a little, although I would've wasted three tickets if I bought those. If anybody has extra m&g passes I would be happy to take them off your hands. It sucks to think that there might not be a chance to meet with the band at their shows anymore because they are too popular..... but I suppose it will be fun either way.

Sometimes there will be printed copies of the schedule that you can pick up near the entrance, but if not then you will have to find the big inflatable schedule. It is usually positioned across from the two main stages somewhere.

On june 16th they had a signing at the myspace tent at 2:30 and played the hurley stage at 3:45. Then they were supposedly at their merch tent at 4:30 but I must have missed it. and for the set list it was Pressure, All we know, Whoa, Here we go again, Emergency, and My heart... I can't remember the exact order but it was something like that.

So friday at the warped tour I saw Paramore for my first time... and it was just incredible I have to say that after going to warped every summer since 2000, this was the best performance I've seen there yet. The crowd was pretty large, though not particularly active excluding myself and a couple of other guys near the front. everyone seemed to have a great time though... with the amount of energy and enthusiasm coming from the band, it would seem nearly impossible not to have fun at one of their shows. The performance was absolutely flawless. Ive already made plans to see the band again either in Chicago or Detroit this august... I uploaded some of the pictures that i took, but most of them are not very good.
