Ya know what guys? You're all young, at this time you shouldnt be worrying about getting into relationships, just try to enjoy yourselves and go out and have fun. If you do this, you never know, you might meet the right guy/girl. As cheesy as it sounds, thats what happened to me, I was dating guys that were just awful, gross YUCK! They were all druggies, dick heads, immature, bratish, obsessive... you get the picture. Then I went to a gig with my mate and I met someone he was friends with. 7 months (tomorrow haha) down the line and we're still together. There's nothing to say there isn't someone out there for you, you just haven't met the right person yet, and you will. All those bad relationships, take them as a learning curve, you know not to make the same mistakes again. Those of you that are picky, maybe thats a good thing? You know what you want, you wont settle for someone less than you deserve. As for girls making the first move GO FOR IT! haha. Why not? We live in a modern society where men and women should be equal so why shouldn't girls make the first move? Maybe the guy/girl is shy? The worst that can happen is he/she can say no... if he/she does, their loss!

Hey guys! I thought you might like to see the final design for the t-shirt I'm working on to promote P.F. If you dunno what I'm talking about, go check out the other threads I made in the promotion section (theres a few), they will reveal all. Last time, I uploaded the t-shirt development and since then, I have improved the design that you guys voted for in the poll which was this one: And I have changed it into this: I have changed the cartoon birds into real pictures of doves and added some distressed effects on top. I also added in the song lyric that I put in the original sketch that this idea arrived from. The t-shirt will be blue just to remind you all. Before I get asked these questions again, this is NOT for sale as I am just a graphics student, not a t-shirt designer. This is my A-Level project for graphics. Also, I am not looking for anyone to produce them in any ways (sorry). Anyway, tell me what you all think, I can then use your feedback in my work. Thanks

Haha I didnt get it either to start with, I just looked at it and was like erm... ok then thats wierd. Then I was told what it was supposed to mean and I was like oh... well it still doesnt really make sense. I was expecting like a really cool design but oh well, Im not gonna buy it. I cant believe that so many people would buy it but I dunno, maybe its the 'thing' at the moment haha

Haha, I'm sorry, this might sound rude but that is the ugliest t-shirt I have ever seen. It doesnt even make sense, the word play is awful, plus putting those two colours together like that is just gross. But hey, if you like it, fine by me, I just wouldn't wear it. Just thought I would post it so you guys could see. I was expecting something a bit more exciting when I read it was designed by the band themselves but its disapointing.

Thats a fair point but one of the required elements of this coursework is design development. If that is left out I will lose a lot of marks.

Hey guys, I've developed the t-shirt design that won in the poll before. I tried out 4 different colour-ways to see which worked best and moved some things around. Ive also tried to make the design look a bit more 3D. I havent put the text on them because I had hand written them before and I want to try different computer fonts to see which looks best, I will post them into this thread once I have chosen them, you guys can then decide which font you like Anyway, heres how Ive developed the design from... ...this To... This is the colour-way I initially went for: I liked the green face but I thought the colours were very similar to the blue background of the t-shirt. This is what I came up with next, keeping the green face but choosing colours that would be different to the background; I also played around with the colours of the cog and other pieces in the design. However, I thought it was quite bland and the colours a little dull. This was my next step, I wanted to choose brighter colours so blue and orange, which are complementary colours, makes it stand out a lot more than the previous. I changed the colour of the face because I liked the explosion colour and wanted to keep that so I had to change my mind about the green. Final design: This was what I came up with in the end, I wanted to keep the clock face bright but I thought the previous was too bright so I chose to dull the outer part down but make the inner part yellow so it had a luminosity. I decided to also keep the rest of the colours the same as they worked quite well with this. I will be putting it into photoshop to create some distressed effects on top. Sooo what do you guys think about the final design and the way Ive developed from the black and white?

You need to look at the sizes available on the t-shirt. On FBR the youth t-shirts are the same cut as the mens t-shirts, just smaller versions (they are just straight cut, loose fitting) if it says girls, the shirt is fitted (goes in at the middle). So for a guy, buy either an adult t-shirt or if the small is too big the youth can be worn. Going on the sizes available, this is unisex. size chart: http://store.fueledbyramen.com/sizes.asp

No offence, but as I have spent lots of time designing these, and they are hand drawn by me, I would prefer if I was to do that myself. Secondly, as I live in the UK, it might be nice for things to be shipped from here instead of us Brits having to wait 3 weeks before anything gets here. Finally, it was a very nice and kind offer to do that but if these tshirts were to go into production I would like to get them screen printed professionally so the design is permanent. Thanks for the offer anyway, it was nice of you Sorry if that sounded a bit snappy, its not supposed to.

Haha why does it scare you? Theyre not for sale because Im doing it for my A-Levels at school in Graphics, I cant possibly make these for everyone, I dont have that kind of time especially as I will be going to University next year. If I do a one-off, its not really fair on everyone else who wanted one too. Hahaha just you wait till Saturday! And you are a wolly ;P
