  1. Um. Why don't you two take this to pm's? Back on topic... Epic tour will be epic. Can't wait for dates.
  2. NEW DAMONE ALBUM IS OUT. http://www.myspace.com/damone You can listen to half of it on their myspace.
  3. That and "what's that fuckin' dot on her forehead?"
  4. Wow. This thread is pointless postwhoring/jacking up your post count at it's worst.
  5. They're both great. That's why this would be a great tour. I would freakin' love to see Hayley and Gwen sing Don't Speak. Or anything together really.
  6. Ah. Yes, it is. They have many. They're a phenomenal live band.
  7. F'sho. :] I remember when I first saw the Just A Girl vid Back in 95. I was like "who the fuck is this awesome chick?"
  8. This a true. I''m also a fan of common sense. Something my post fully entailed. Well, Sherlock, that couldn't be because they've taken a break the past couple years, now could it? Hmm. I live in the Bay Area, a big radio market. Paramore gets absolutely no love out here. At all. NB, on the other hand, I still hear constantly on the radio. I guarantee this will be one the most popular tours of 2009, regardless of who they tour with. If you're a Paramore fan, you should be thrilled. Period. This can do nothing but good for them. Probably because they're all tweeners and ND was before their time.
  9. either you're a) 10 y/o ignorant or c) have been under a rock for the past 15+ years. No Doubt is the exact opposite of a random band. Just FYI. Paramore can only hope to have the same longevity and success No Doubt has had.
  10. Paramore gets no radio love, whatsoever, where I'm at. And the Bay Area is a big market. Touring with No Doubt can do nothing but good for them. Every fan should be thrilled at the possibility.
  11. Duck soup is on the menu for the Sharks tonight.
  12. It's this whole crazy thing called "different opinions." Something great to one person can be mediocre to another, or even flat out horrible. It's really as simple as that.
  13. I hate to burst a lot of peoples bubble here, but Paramore is not that big. Yes, they've had a very nice run this past year and half or so, but honesty, they can't hold a candle to No Doubt's popularity or success. Not to say they can't in the future, but as of right now, no. So it's laughable to think No Doubt would be an opener on ANY tour. Plus, if this is going to be an amphitheater tour, Paramore would desperately need No Doubt to fill the place. At least the Shoreline Amphitheater over where I'm at. Place is huge. And it's not like Paramore would get some dinky 25 minute set. I'm sure they would get a full set, they'd just be performing first *OMGSHOCKGASP* BIG DEAL.
  14. Yet you like Paramore. A band with a very similar style. Interesting.
  15. Well obviously the banner isn't official, neither is this "tour". They probly took all of 3 minutes to whip it up just to accompany the post.
  16. Yea, because going on tour with one of the most popular bands in the last 15 years would be just awful. Maybe they don't need to, but it does nothing but help the band if this happened. And hey, maybe they want to. Plus, Paramore can't sell out Ampitheaters on their own.
  17. Here's the post from "Hella Good Newsletter." Maybe they should spend less time bitching about who No Doubt will be playing with and focus and being happy that there actually IS a No Doubt again. This concert would be awesome. No Doubt puts on great shows.
