alright.. the Mariah hurricane of advice is once again blowing! Reaction is the worst or best part of it. Most parents either freak out, don't care, or think "it's a fase and will all be over soon." In most cases, they flip out. To be honest, there will never be a good time to do it. THere won't be a good place to do it *though I do suggest you don't do it in public* and there will never be an easy approach *though some might be easier than others.* Keep in mind that you've told them before and they sort of just shook it off of their shoulders. Just sort of ease into it. It helps if you start with a female rolemodel that they know you look up to, or are "obsessed" with. Or, if all the dudes you've known *other than your guy friends* have been pricks to you and you've grown up with very impowering woman around, start there. You can aproach it any way you want though, just make sure you get the point accross. Just make sure they know. That's what you're trying to do anyway, right?! So just say it without being overly blatant, because that sets most parents off. Hope at least a little of this helped Katie. Good luck!
