Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's not true. I know I've gotten plenty of bands twice in a row. Like My Chemical Romance played all the dates (or at least almost all of them in '04) twice in a row (2004-05) It's just a matter of scheduling and what stages they're playing at. Like I've had Bowling For Soup on my date for 3 or 4 years now. I was talking to a security guard a little bit about this while we were watching Saosin play in the myspace tent, actually.

Who do you thinks going to be playing first? What order? Because the little flyer on the Halifax website makes it look like it'll be: SoTheySay, My American Heart, Paramore, Halifax. I'm kind of ambivalent towards when they play. I want them to play early so I can get home earlier because it's a school night. But I'd love to see Halifax and My American Heart, so if they do play third then I'll just be able to go later and get all my homework and crap done before I go and then immediately go to bed when I get home.

actually... if you burn it on to a cd and then you rip the cd onto windows media player or just rip it into an mp3 or something like that... you can upload it on yousendit and anyone can get it. that's really sweet of you to do browncoat, i'm so tempted to take the offer. but 1, i'm not a regular, although i plan on being one and 2, maybe i'll get the entire sampler for christmas. that'd be nice

Due to unforeseen circumstance Funeral For A Friend are forced to cancel their upcoming US tour. Their drummer, Ryan has a stomach infection and doctors have informed him that he needs to rest and cannot travel. It is unfortunately too last minute for the band to get a replacement drummer for December so they are cancelling the US run. Funeral will return to the states as part of the Taste of Chaos Tour in February 2006. Funeral will not be playing the shows but some may be kept open for A Static Lullaby & Hopesfall. Check locally for info. Otherwise refunds available from point of purchase. Message from the band: Unfortunatly Ryan has been ill and needs treatment here in the UK to remedy his illness, this means that we will be unable to play the shows we had in place along the east coast of the USA and Canada this November/ December, we are very, very sorry about this but we want Ryan to get better. We were all looking forward to this tour and meeting up with the friends we have made so far on our trips to the USA but when it comes to situations like this we made a concious decision that Ryan should be allowed to recover. We truly hope that everyone will understand this, we appreciate all of our fans and all of their commitment to us and we promise to come back even stronger in the new year for the Taste of Chaos USA tour.
