Well we are going to be high school sophomores so what do you expect lol. I highly doubt he secretly likes paramore. He's into a lot of, stuff like He is Legend and Fall of Troy, some other stuff like screamo / hardcore.

Hah, yeah if only. That reminds me, are any of you guys in the paramore fan club? I thought about joining and they said they send you cool stuff and you get discounts, is it worth it?

Taylor, I really like the colors in your avvys. The ones I can see, at least. =P Half of them don't show up. How do you guys like the avvy I just made for myself? I haven't used my program for a while so I need to get back in my groove.

Oh don't worry about me. I used to belong to a Nintendo Forum (Nsider) before it shut down. In a year I had like 10,000 posts. It was a huge forum and I got like addicted, hah. It was cool though because once you got to a certain status they'd send you free stuff. I got a couple nice exclusive Nintendo merch out of it.

I can tolerate most music, and I would definitely not shun someone / not be friends with them over music. Music only tells you so much about someone. I have a shy friend who listens to death metal, and I am a pretty normal person(?) who listens to Paramore (among a lot of other things). I'm not girlie lol. Don't generalize.

Anyone listen to them? I know Paramore and Eve 6 aren't very related in terms of genre (Well, both could be considered alternative, but Eve 6 is just...I don't know how to describe them really. They've really innovative/different to compare to any other band, imo.) Anyway, give them a listen if you've never heard of them. Hah, no I don't let it get me down. That's the last thing I do. I listen to what sounds good to me, not what is acceptable by others. What does get me down, is one of these kids who makes fun of me, we were beginning to become friends until we started discussing music, now he can't hold a conversation with me without making fun of my music. It's unbearable to talk to him.

Jeez you guys have so many freaking posts, hah. Makes me feel like a noob. =P I had a chance to see AVA at Warped today in Cleveland, my friend was going to give me a ride, but I can't really afford it right now. Hell, what can I afford, I'm like 15 1/2 so no one will hire me, lol. Money is hard to come by, so I decided to save my money. I'd rather save it for something else, possibly this paramore concert in about a month. =)

I love his singing on Franklin to death. Not so much his screaming on My Heart, although I hate screaming altogether. I'm down for a Josh vocal song. He has a good voice.

Actually the guitarists for JEW are pretty good, the solos on some songs are very well written, and if you want shredding, see John Mayer live. John Mayer plays a lot of shredding / pentatonic stuff live. So apparently Josh likes him, although I have yet to head Josh "shred" lol.

(Forgive me if there is already a thread on this.) I wear a Paramore shirt to school occasionally, because I like promoting/showing off Paramore. Sometimes people who think they are better than everyone else (popular people/ jocks) try to make fun of me / tell me that Paramore sucks / that they're girlie. Obviously, I don't care what they think/let it get to me, but it's hard to find other Paramore fans and it's not cool to be made fun of in general. Especially when 50% of the people that make fun of me listen to like, screamo and metal... Maybe if wouldn't be as bad for a girl...lol...but does this happen to anyone else?

I personally think that she has too much dignity to go solo. She says in interviews that it's not about her, it's about the band, and Hayley is too cool to be a hippocrate and go back on her word. And besides, why would she need to / want to? What would be the point in going solo instead of making material for the band? She would just get a back-up band for her solo career anyway, so there's really no point imo.

Oh, isn't katie the one that made the "I kissed a Girl" song? My gf is obsessed with that song. haha. Hey vassia, i like your sig as well. It seems that this site is filled with others artists. That's cool. The artist who made paramorefans.com is amazing!

I think a huge difference between the two, is that Hayley's band didn't sell out, while Avril did. Also Avril takes all the credit for her music, while Hayley is in a band. I know Avril can play guitar but I've read articles / interviews with people who've worked with Avril and they say she is "Not one to sit down and write music" (doesn't write her own music). Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy her second album, Under my Skin, but I like Paramore better and Avril sold out big time with her newest album. With the first single "Girlfriend", I was so disgusted, I wouldn't even give the album a listen. Comparing Hayley to Avril isn't sane.

Hey paramore fans. My name is Justin. My favorite song by Paramore is Let this Go, therefore the name and avatar. I'm sure you diehard paramore fans can infer what the abbreviation in my name means. =P I've been a paramore fan for about 6 months and they're one of my favorite bands. I may be seeing them in Cleveland on August 24th, too! =) So what's going on.
