  1. I love it. i think the solo is sweet too. edit: sorry for double posting, most forums merge posts that are posted in the same thread within a certain amount of time, I assumed this one would too. my bad.
  2. I agree. The live version helped me like it a little more. But the chorus is just sort of mellow and uninteresting to me. Here we go Again, Conspiracy and Whoa are like, my least favorite. They're okay songs, but not up to Paramore's standards, in my opinion.
  3. That's a good point. Now that hopefully Taylor will join the band, Josh can focus more on lead work and leave the rhythm to Taylor. Having two guitarists rather than one is a huge advantage for Paramore, in my opinion.
  4. I'm really tempted to buy that...but I need other things more badly...like green day's first album which got deleted off my computer. I won't forget about this, though. The Cleveland show was amazing. Represent.
  5. whoa...haha. sweet. the poster above me is justin too. gosh. I just want to hear josh rock out. Just once. hah Like you don't hear the same riffs from AWKIF in riot. Like pressure and emergency, the songs are basically built on josh's riffs. In riot I feel like it's mostly rhythm guitar instead of his unique style in AWKIF (except Let the Flames Begin, and probably some other songs, I haven't listened to riot intently for a while.) I'm sure whatever they come out with I will instantly fall in love with.
  6. Apparently, I know a kid at my school who hates Paramore to the extent of making fun of me for liking them, and he says that he heard Misery Business acoustic and it was "really good". That's a bigger compliment than I probably would have given it, lol. I'm not a huge fan, at least not that I remember. I haven't listened to it for a while.
  7. Guitar Solos More like AWKIF More rock less pop I agree, instrumentals would be cool.
  8. Did anybody else notice Josh improvised one part of the solo and it sounded really kickass? I did.
  9. Yes, Brad Delp. I am a huge Boston fan. That was before they were popular though.
  10. I just think that you'd have to be extremely naive to believe there was even a reason for posting this. Paramore isn't going to find some random person on a fansite and be like "hey dude, you should be in our band". I know I sounded like an asshole. I am.
  11. I hope you realize that this is a fan site and there is a slim to none change that paramore will ever see this.
  12. Futures is one of my favorite albums of all time. Each track is so amazing. I like all their albums to an extent but futures is the best. Then probably Bleed American, then Chase this Light, then Clarity and then Static Prevails.
  13. If 6 was 9 / Purple Haze - Jimi Hendrix The Sufferer and the Witness (album) - Rise Against Westbound Sign - Green Day Whole Lotta Love -Led Zeppelin
  14. Which of his songs have weird tunings? I know he plays a lot of drop D stuff but so do a lot of alternative bands.
  15. I never joined the club, I contemplated doing it right before the concert we just went to, but I figured I'd be paying 30 bucks for a year of the fan club which would be stupid because the majority of a year from now will be "downtime", like them making the new record and stuff. I would wait until the new album comes out, but I've always wondered exactly what kind of benefits I get from being in the club.
  16. Wow, that's dedication, man. The concert I went to in Cleveland we got there about 30 minutes before the opening acts were supposed to start, and there were about 200 people up front already, who probably wouldn't budge an inch for anyone else to get closer since they've been waiting for so long. It depends how close you want. If you want to be like, barricade close, then I would imagine 3 hours would be a 100% sure way to get front row, but I've never been there that early.
  17. Hey, welcome to the site. You can check out the dates at their site, but as you can see, there aren't any in Minnesota for the rest of the tour (which is nearly over). Just a few more dates in America, then some in Brazil. http://paramore.net/shows This winter they are supposed to be making a new record though, so they will be on tour again supporting that album before you know it.
  18. That's amazing. Thanks so much for the videos.
  19. That's sweet. I really appreciate people like you who go to concerts and record stuff. I really appreciate the vids.
  20. Hah, that's too bad. Is emergency the last vid you have a large portion of?
  21. I remember her saying that. I don't recall seeing her fall, but it's possible I missed it. Nah, my aunt took me and my friends (cuz we can't drive yet) and she went to go hang out around cleveland until the concert was over, it started at 7 and we never thought it would end at 11:xx so she was already ticked. Otherwise I definitely would have stayed to meet the band! My aunt was pissed though so we had to get to her really quickly. I saw a girl there who got a drumstick. I cut her in line to be funny, the guy was just like "I can help someone over her" and right before she walked towards him, I transfer into her line and say "Yeah you can help me, I'll take a pepsi' lol. She was pissed but I'm just like "okay you got a drumstick, either trade me for this pepsi or don't complain." hah. Good times. I'm downloading it now. Thanks again for the vids.
  22. Fair enough. Just don't feel obligated to upload these vids, it is a favor you are doing for us and should be done when you can get around to it.
  23. Thanks a ton! The vid rocks. I subscribed to you on youtube. Be sure to let us know if you upload any more.
