I am tired of my managers whining about employees not having availability and shifts being hard to cover. Half us girls have wide open availability and hardly see more than a day a week.

I feel so aching sore. My hands and feet and back are killing me. The company I work for tries to milk so much out of employees without being fair enough to give us anything back.
