Yeah, Hayley's a bit off key there - when they rerecord it ('cause I'm sure it'll make the 2nd album), I bet it'll sound even better. As for the FBR question, FBR asked ash and co. to take the song down off the boards. They're ok with distributing the acoustic versions, but not the studio demo for whatever reason.
