Something makes me think there were more than 100. Because just on this forum, quite a few people tried or DID order the bag. But then again, I guess I wouldn't have known about it without the forum, so maybe not. And yeah, it wouldn't work for me until I ordered something else. Plus, I highly doubt the time you ordered has anything to do with the numbers on the bag. They're probably in a big stack for the interns to drop in a box. That'd be sweet though! I also think they need to make some more plain/both-sex-acceptable merch. haha. Sorry for sounding so evil throughout this, just being honest!
