G3vans
Wow, that was an excellent hit! Loved the way he made the tackle, got right up and just whacked it in.

RenegadeRoss
Aluko's for Aberdeen, McGeady's 2nd for Celtic and Kyle's 2nd for Kilmarnock were quality goals as well. It was certainly a good start to the season

kwik-silva
1-3 isn't really a completely fair result but we have to start spending money! Our team has virtually no experience as playing as one team, take todays starting eleven: Fedders - 10 Rosenior - 61 (2) - he's complete shit! Mills - 2 Bertrand - 4 Pearce - 17 (3) Cisse - 39 (23) Tabb - 9 (4) Karacan - 19 Sigurdsson - 1 Long - 30 (71) Hunt - 28 (12) Total appearances for Reading - 220 (115) We have nobody to build a team around for example Morgan (appearances for Shf Utd. - 199 (7) )

They sold all their experienced players, and only have young un-tried players. Honestly from what I heard Swansea killed Reading mid-week, it took a penalty miss and a string of saves from Federici to keep it at 0-0. Newcastle are going well though, Ryan Taylor's goal was awesome today. I thought they'd struggle at Palace but did well. Swansea finally get a win, and Ashley Williams is now our league top scorer

Ruddy - Signed this season Saunders - 18, Appeared in only 2 games before this season Hutchinson - 18, youngster's first season Craigen - 32, In his 5th season Reynolds - 21, In his third season Coke - Early 20',s Signed this season Murphey - Still just 18, played a good number of games last season though O'Brien - Been a regular since January, Only 21. Hately - Teenager, signed this year Sutton - 28/29 experienced , in his 2nd season with us. Forbes - 18, Youth player in his first season We have a new team too, and i think we're gonna be inconsistent this year because of the youthful nature too. As well as having some kind of experience in Craigen And it's only 2 games into a season anyway, all downhill from here
Blaze
The spurs team seems very experienced compared! (Going by the team that played v Hull) Gomes - 28 years of age, 4 years at PSV Cudicini (on 16) - 35 years of age, 9 years at Chelsea Hutton - 24 years of age, 6 years at Rangers. Bassong - 22 years of age, 30 games last season for Newcastle. Seems a good potential player for the future Corluka - 23 years of age, over 70 total appearences in the Premier League Asso-Ekotto - 25 years of age, 3 years at Spurs Huddlestone - 22 years of age, over 70 appearences for Spurs. Lennon - 22 years of age, 119 appearences for Spurs plus played at the 2006 world cup Palacios - 25 years of age, over 50 appearences in the Premier League plus a tough tackler Modric - 23 years of age, 36 appearences for Spurs. Getting used to the style Bentley (on 85) - 24 years of age, over 100 total appearences, not so good for Spurs with Lennon's form though. Keane - 29 years of age, 213 total appearences for Spurs with 86 goals Defoe - 26 years of age, 149 appearences for Spurs with 49 goals Crouch (on 81) - 28 years of age, over something like 150 games for english clubs as well as being massively tall! Andrew
Since we all seem to be posting our respective team line-ups... Here's Newcastle's from the Palace game Newcastle have a pretty strong first choice eleven, but if we're hit with injuries like normally, then I'm not sure how the young guys will do GK Steve Harper [91] (34 year old, been with Newcastle since... forever ) RB Danny Simpson [1] (22 years old, loan signing from Man Utd, was on loan at Blackburn last season) CB Steven Taylor [115, 7] (23 year old, still young but has experience, is England U21 captain) CB Fabricio Coloccini [38] (27 years old, hard to believe but this guy has 32 caps for Argentina ) LB Jose Enrique [53] (23 years old, couple of seasons at Newcastle) RM Ryan Taylor [14, 1] (25 years old, fairly new to the team, signed last year but didn't make it into the first team much) CM Danny Guthrie [26, 2] (22 years old, signed from Liverpool last season played pretty much all our games last season) CM Alan Smith [43] (28 years old, no explanation needed) CM Kevin Nolan [15, 1] (27 years old, no explanation needed) LM Jonas Gutierrez [34] (26 years old, Argentina international, Barcelona are linked with a move for him ) ST Shola Ameobi [194, 51] (27 years old, see Steve Harper ) SUBS GK Tim Krul [2] (21 years old, Holland U21 captain, played his ass off against West Brom in only his 2nd first team appearance) CB Tamas Kadar [0] (19 years old, Hungarian, spent all of last season out injured with a broken leg) CDM Nicky Butt [118, 5] (34 years old, no explanation needed) CM Geremi [44, 2] (30 years old, no explanation needed) CAM Kazenga Lua-Lua [10] (18 years old, younger brother of Lomana Lua-Lua) ST Nile Ranger [3] (18 years old, very little first team appearances, England U19 international) ST Xisco [7, 1] (23 years old, Spain U21 international, we paid too much money for him, scored 1 goal last season) Other players worth mentioning: Joey Barton, who needs no introduction Andy Carroll who had a taste of the Premier League last season, but is only 20 years old, first choice striker partner for Ameobi. Ryan Donaldson, Fabio Zamblera, Ben Tozer and Jonny Godsmark - all who haven't played in the first team yet but I'd say they're likely to feature if there are injuries and no new players are signed.
