ahh you know what? i hate that i do that when i sing. if im singing a song i usually tend to mimic the singers voice.. not that i sound like them but i do certain little things like them, but it really isnt something i do conciously thats just how it sounds "right" in my head.. i guess. it IS something i do try to work on, but idk... anyways thanks so much. even though singing isnt something id ever seriously wanna do, im always looking for ways to get better. btw, i'd love to hear something of yours if you ever do record anything! =D

oh i love them! i just saw them yesterdayy at warped (woohoo). and they were great, i bought their cd and got it signed too. It got a little crazy while they were playing tho.. people were crowdsurfing. To hellogoodbye. Haha. But they were great, and before their last song, the drummer and some other guys ran on stage dressed up in like food costumes and they had someone rapping lol. it was so much fun, and then they played a blink182 cover. i took pics with the bassist and i have a few pics of them playing/at the signing, I'll post later

oh, fiona apple! ive loved her music since i was a kid, although maybe it's not really child-appropriate, aha. The other day i saw this special on elvis costello on vh1classic, and she was on it singing with him (as well as billie joe from green day, and death cab for cutie), and wow, she's just amazing. i love her voice, and she's just so passionate it's amazing to watch. i havent seen her live yet, only because my mom thinks shes crazy and wont let me haha. (lame, right?) lol, anyway,` her video for parting gift is on demand (comcast) and i watch it all the time. love love love her

oh, i have i wasn't prepared on my myspace! it's so beautiful.. I'm always confused about who's the "lead" singer bcuz it seems to me that in all the videos, the singing is split up, but the voice always sounds like one person lol. maybe its just me. anyways, my favorite song is tree tops, its so fun and catchy. eisley is just amazing.

yesssssss, they're great! i was supposed to see them on the dead or alive tour with june this providence & this day and age but they dropped out cuz the week before the show, one of the band member's gf died. =( i was bummed they couldnt make it but i understood why they wouldnt wanna play. anyways, they do have some great songs. one of my close friends is completely obsessed with them. lol.

I'm pretty sure she was just making fun of the fact that the band members are all so young. i thought it was funny. =] great interview, thnx for posting.

Senses Fail is one of my favorite bands.. I love the irony of dying on your birthday, that song gets stuck in my head for daysssss. Has anyone heard their song on the Tony Hawk American Wasteland Soundtrack? It basically just Buddy talking, but it's hilarious! An old Suicidal Tendencies cover, Institutionalized. But yeah, can't wait to see these guys at Warped!

Wow, first cd. Mine was Eve 6's self titled, in like 3rd grade, lol. And my first tape was Fiona Apple's Tidal a few years before, I'm still a huge fan of hers. When I was younger, I was into a lot of weird music like fiona apple, alanis morrisette, oasis, beck, and radiohead. (Well, I guess they aren't really weird, but picture little eight year old me, running around singing, "I've been a bad, badddd girl!") LOL

I personally don't like her music. She sounds like a little kid, and her voice is just so whiney. But, I do watch her show and I like it. She does seem kinda bratty but I think overall she seems nice, and in my opinion she seems to have a good relationship with her parents.

Haha, I just love bringing back the old threads. I don't want to start up new ones tho, and I'm kinda new to posting on here. Oh well, so anyways, I am completely in love with FFTL. Their music is so emotional, and I love how it makes me feel. I was a huge fan of Dear Diary, but i thought Heroine outdid it tenfold. Seriously, one of my favorite albums ever. Looooove these guys, they're amazing. I was so bummed out when they had to drop out of warped, but if they come to jersey in the fall I'm sooo there.
