  1. Mae is a-MAE-zing!!! Sorry. I had to throw that in there.
  2. Local? Where are you from? The drummer, Nick, used to play guitar in a band here in Kenosha. They were signed to Tooth and Nail and they were awesome but they broke up a few years ago.
  3. I have 94 Hours on my iPod. I actually like it.
  4. I love "Say It Like You Mean It" and their new CD is quite a departure from their old album. I still like the band, but it just seems like they take themselves way too seriously nowadays. I blame Geffen Records for making them bitter and jaded. Luckily, their next album will be a new (and hopefully better) label.
  5. I listen to them because they make awesome music. I could really care less about whatever kind of "label" they have or what people perceive them to be. You could say the same about Paramore. Are they Christian rock? Are they emo? Who cares?! It's amazing music and that's what matters.
  6. Yes. That's important. That's probably one of the reasons that they've been around so long.
  7. That's probably why they asked them to stop! Boo RBF!!!
  8. Hey, I'm Reggie. I used to post a while back but I stopped for some unexplained reason, but I'm back now. I'm sure I have a lot to catch up on and a lot of people to meet and I plan on accomplishing all of that in due time.
  9. I think she's gorgeous and her songs are really compelling. When I have the time/money, I'll get around to picking up her album.
  10. Why aren't they allowed to perform it anymore? And I do agree about their amazingness. I knew one song of theirs when they opened for New Found Glory/Good Charlotte on the Civic Tour, but I've LOVED them ever since.
  11. I liked it a lot. I can't wait for that album. I'd like to think that they all need to get all of this "experimental" stuff out of their systems before they eventually get back together and make another Blink album.
  12. I think that my friend said something about them breaking up. Would anybody know if that's true?
  13. Exactly a year ago, they were on the cover of AP for "most anticpated album of next year." They could probably run the same article and it would all still hold true. I would compromise all of my morals just to have their new CD in my hands right now.
  14. I think Fall Out Boy is way more emo than the likes of A7X or Killswtich.
  15. Actually, you're right. The only bands on the CD that are actually still on Drive-Thru are Fenix TX (kind of), Allister, Early November and Hellogoodbye.
  16. I'm gonna pick up DTR's greatest hits when it comes out! w00t
  17. I don't love them...but I like them. Their song on the Madden '04 soundtrack was awesome. I have "City of Evil" and I think it's okay. Just okay, though. Also, I love M. Shadows but he's crazy. I know that a lot of bands get a little carried away and too involved with backstage debauchery, but some of the stuff I've heard about the band shocks me.

    BAYSIDE

I'm really bummed out because of this. It's so tragic. I don't even know what to say about it.
  19. At least Paramore played at your Warped date.
  20. I hated how she sang about when she used to be "a child" and she still was. She still is, if you ask me.
  21. I'm sorry. I know you guys like the show, but I didn't think that watching the whole thing was worth the three seconds I got to see of the band lip-synching. The coolest part about it was that they were wearing their schoolboy uniforms.
  22. Yeah...they're the only reason that I'm ever going to watch that show.
  23. I got to see them play acoustic at Taste of Chaos. They're awesome. I really like their sound.
  24. Gym Class Heroes is awesome. I remember I stumbled upon their PureVolume page way before they were signed. "Decrepit Bricks" was on there, so I was happy to see it make the album. I got to see them at the FBR tour. Not only do they make awesome music, they are incredibly nice in person. I really don't know what to consider them as because I've seen rappers, who proclaim themself to be rappers, who have full bands. But, the "band" name is just the name of the MC. So, because the band isn't called "Travis" or "Schleprock" or "MC Schleprock," I guess you could consider them more of a band.
