Tragic Kingdom is an awesome CD

totally! i saw them in SLC a couple days ago, and it was horrendous. i'll be honest, i liked their CD when it first came out. it was a guilty pleasure. but seeing them the other night made me realize how much of a fucking joke this band is. Trace is such a cocky bitch, and has a creepy whisper voice, only talks about sex while singing to 12 year olds, takes off his shirt like he is a sex god...the list goes on and on. and at the very end of their set, he walks up to the front of the stage, and wipes his sweat all over a couple towels like he is God or something, and then throws them into the audience... people actually tried to grab for them. what is wrong with them?! they are such a fake band. honestly. people don't know real talent anymore...

if anyone comes in here that is under like...20...and says they love any of those bands, i have a strong hunch its only because they saw that everyone was wearing the "vintage bands shirts" from Walmart and decided to buy one too. i, however, do like some of Led Zeppelin's songs. but most classic rock doesn't tickle my fancy too much.

my favorite song by them is "Caving"

in case you haven't seen it, here's the video of when they first played On My Own. its pretty sweet. its from 2001. i can't believe it was that long ago. shit. haha

haha yeah. i have a couple friends who are on that dvd. there's a clip of Branden licking my friend Matt's face. Matt owned the venue that they played at when i saw them after they got signed, and he's still a good friend of mine.

i was at the very first Used show (after they got signed.) there was like... 20 or 30 people there. ha it was also the first time they played "on my own" live, which was badass. and it was when bert used to puke all over. it was gross, but entertaining to watch haha

also, we are definitely aware of the sucky band name. the vocalist came up with it, and since i joined forces with him, we've been throwing the idea of changing the name. if you have any legit ideas (anyone in here) please let us know

hey dude, thank you soooo much for your opinions! whether they were good or bad, thank you for your input. we recorded everything in my basement for the price of $0.00 haha. most of the music was made with Reason, but we recorded all the guitars and vocals in the basement.
