Yes the album did get around, but they have "Officially" released the title track from it, and it rocks. Go check it out.

Yeah I saw one of their first shows in Chicago when they had an awesome band setup. Amy is soo hard to get along with, and they go through members as much as Hayley goes through new tights.

Exactly. I agree 100%. You all saw them on Fuse. They were still being themselves and having fun. They will continue to be that way. YAY!

They might have a satelite (however its spelled) music system that will just stream it. The worse possible thing they could do is send an actual CD to the stores.

When I had a pretty damn good job I would buy copies of "AWKIF" and give them out to doubtful friends. I figured it would help the band out by selling copies, and it would help get more people into Paramore. I am also on a few street teams where I constantly email the bands to take Paramore out with them on tour, or vice versa.

Ohh I love the "band selling out" chatter. I think this is the problem when u like very good bands that are not known, and very talented. Hell, Paramore looks damn good too. They are eventually bound to get huge, and Paramore is heading that direction. Sure the venues will get a little larger, you might not get to hang out with the band, but it is a part of the bands maturing. It has to happen. I am seeing the same thing happen with Meg & Dia. What band lets you take them around the city to show them cool spots when they are in town? Or play guitar with them on a street behind the venue before their show? Try not to be bitter towards them. I wanted a album that was more rock, and it seems my dreams were answered. Heck, I believe we are getting a better album, so this is good. We should all be proud we are here now to welcome in the new fans. God knows im new here, and there are gonna be a ton more people coming in the near future.

Here is the official definition. I was originally wrong on the quality aspect. It can do 5.1 which is good for some of us. "MVI (Music Video Interactive) is a DVD-based product that plays in all DVD players, computers, and video game consoles with DVD drives. The MVI includes the full album in 96kHz/24 bit hi-resolution stereo audio and a 5.1 surround mix, plus bonus video and digital content. Although the MVI disc will not play in your CD player, the audio tracks are pre-encoded for easy transfer to your computer, portable music player, or recordable CD." So it can be played on ur PS2, and for those with a PS3, you should be able to rip the CD to ur hard drive. As for ripping it to iTunes, that im unsure of. It says transfer to your computer so im assuming it dumps the CD right into a folder of your choice. It will be up to you to re-encode the files into iTunes.

Just to give some info on DVD Audio. The album is not in DVD-Audio. It is essentially the CD with videos that will play over the songs. It is just like the latest Linkin Park release. Paramore might have filmed themselves performing the songs and basically with MVI the CD audio will be over it. DVD-Audio is unfortunately a super high quality format that is no longer around. You can find old titles at your local Best Buy, but they dont have any new ones. Some of you also remember DualDisc. That format is not seen much either. So dont be confused this isnt DVD-Audio, it is simply MVI. It does play in the DVD player, but does not have upgraded 5.1 surround sound. Ohh yeah, btw im new, so hello all.
