Go to converttube.com, put in the video url from youtube or whatever, and choose .mpg. Then download it and open it in animation shop or imageready. idk about imageready, but in animation shop you can choose which frames you want. Then save it.

I love it, except for the green font at the bottom. Idk if you're looking for c/c since you said it's the final design, but I don't think the font goes well with the rest of the design..something black and in a handwriting font, maybe with color behind it would look better.
