  1. Ooh I wanna watch it. But once again, expensive it is.
  2. Hello Zhaira. I don't see why we won't be friends haha.
  3. ^ I know what you mean about them knowing how to appreciate their fans and getting to know their fans. When I watched them in Poveda, after their performance, the bassist (Sorry, only people I know in the band are Miggy and Mong) actually chatted with these two girls out of the blue. Good thing only a few people saw him or else he would have been mobbed, I'm guessing.
  4. Their older stuff is definitely better. Paris is actually a song a play often because it's a lot better in my opinion, than their current stuff. Although I do like Seven Black Roses
  5. lol. really? Coz it doesn't show with your pic haha. I like them ok, i guess. But like I said, I'm not their biggest fan. I don't like the whole emo look.
  6. Yup yup. Funny guy, Neil Gaiman. Though I find it funny that he has a weird american-british accent.
  7. ^ I know what you mean. People in general can be dirt bags, but it really depends on who you meet.
  8. Girls coz they're hotter.
  9. There are so many sad stories. I promise mine won't be sad. Joseph Potian was born on Dec. 18, 1991 into an ordinary family, and for his first years, he lived with his parents and his grandfather. When he was 6, his grandfather died, saddening him greatly. His relatives and parents all believe that he was haunted by his grandfather a few days after the death. (not really relevant) In seventh grade, he became an emo kid who believed his life to be so terrible that he began hurting himself. He would punch the wall in the school when no one was around and broke his knuckles one day. He told his parents it was an accident, and they never asked more of the matter. (that wasn't sad, was it? just stupid) In his high school years, he met the greatest friends anyone could have. Being gothic or emo was something he had left in the past. Though his grades aren't great, he's never been happier with his life. Joseph is an agnostic, though he has never told his parents. He hopes to tell them sometime soon and doesn't expect them to understand. It will go something like, "Guys, you know how that girl in Joan of Arcadia is agnostic? Well, so am I" He is usually a quiet person except when it comes to writing and music. There is nothing like being in a moshpit or performing on stage. He hopes to one day be a writer and really doesn't see himself having a different life other than that. There story of my life. Uneventful, I know. Don't worry, I've got shit lined up this before this year is over.
  10. Well, last week was eventful. I went to Poveda fair and variety show which was cool. Chicosci played and though I'm not their biggest fan, I can't ever doubt the fact that they are amazing live. I was also looking forward to Urbandub but missed them because I had other matters to attend to when they were playing. I only made it for Guillotine. That was Saturday. Sunday, I went to Serendra and saw Neil "f'ing" Gaiman. I even got a pre-signed copy of Expeditions, a collection of the winning stories from the contest which Neil funded.
  11. Sorry man. I used to have it, but I think I lost it when we reformatted our computer.
  12. Holly's story almost made me cry. No one deserves that.
  13. I'm not in any way a good christian, but I will pray for him. Let's hope there really is a heaven and a god because it's times like these when we need one.
  14. I play the saxophone, guitar, i sing (not exactly well), and a bit of bass. But I want to play piano and drums. I don't know why I haven't learned coz my dad can play drums and my mom can play piano.
  15. ^ Yup yup. When I got my Led Zepellin, I was so happy. Anyway I just found out that you could go to the Neil Gaiman thing even without a ticket; however, you will not be able to have anything signed. And it's been moved to Sunday and not Saturday. Any of you guys wanna come? haha
  16. I'd be envious of the shirt, but I don't really buy current rock band shirts. I lean more to the oldies when it comes to rock shirts.
  17. yeah, there should be because my friend just bought a copy recently.
  18. Lol I post once for the day, and when I come back, I'm already lost. You guys need a chat channel or something. Anyway, where are we? Oh accents.. uhm go aussie accents! ftw!
  19. Here's to the people we can never seem to forget no matter how hard we try. *Starts being emo with a tequila sunrise*
  20. Isn't there a new printing of that book? I remember seeing a new cover of it a few months back. But yeah, Good Omens is good. It made me laugh out loud as I read it.
  21. There's no point trying to cheer up an emo kid because usually they're not emo because they're sad or whatever; they're emo because that's their place int he world as they believe it.
  22. Hey Katie! I haven't been logged on in awhile. Too bad you still haven't found a solution to your problem. It's always hard falling for someone you know you can't ever have, and yet we still keep doing it. Good Luck. Maybe one day it'll work out.
  23. Ooh Mitch Albom is a good writer. The part with the fourth person in 5 People You Meet in Heaven is still a chapter I read a lot because it was just so perfectly written.
