What a disappointing first single :/ It sounds like their old stuff. They aren't progressing as musicians. They need to move their sound forward or they won't last in the industry. I really liked Riot! They pushed themselves forward to a new sound, even though it wasnt as good as their first record, it still pushed new boundaries, and brought them more success. This FIRST single would not have been a single if it was on Riot! Very disappointing. Same old sound, just not as good. My opinion on the subject.

Why would people argue? lol Thats dumb. I hate when people only think about what they want. Following an artist is about change, development in their career, and seeing how their new styles, efforts and personality shine through in their work.

So the title explains it all. What do you think of Paramore as they grow out of their teenage ways and explore new ways. Where do you think their third record will bring them? How do you think their maturing attitudes will reflect on their music/style/marketing efforts?

I heard they are going more mellow and commercial for their next record, but with rock songs aswell.

It was because of an acoustic performance by Hayley. It was awesome. I was like, wow she got some talent. Then kind of listened to them and never really liked them. Eventually I got really into RIOT, and then All We Know Is Falling came after for me. I actually prefer AWKIF now though.
