We should just rotate it every time to someone who wants to make it, really. Specially the people who haven't done it before. BTW - does anyone know where Aoife/Jammer (James) have gone??? So if it's the same 1 or 2 people that win every time, they're going to keep making the banners, which, imo, is not fair. That's all. Even if I won, I wouldn't think it was fair.
