Edinburgh - Cases recorded as homicide - 11 (2008)

Berkshire - Cases recorded as homicide - 0 (2008)

Yes, I am that bored

So more people were killed in Edinburgh than Berkshire, not stabbed. ;-)

Congratuwelldone, you've now proved more people die of stabbings. Not that people are more likely to be stabbed. ;-)

"Knife crime in parts of Berkshire, including Reading, has nearly doubled. Latest figures revealed the number of offences involving knives across in west Berkshire has jumped to 260 compared with 136 in 2004/5."

Granted my except doesn't specifically people but it's a good ball park figure. :P

That doesn't even say that people get stabbed, it says that crime involving knives has doubled :P

What article? I read all three of them haha

In fact, I did even say in my OP that it doesn't mention people!

OP? :shifty:

"Mother-of-one Lucy Davis, from Reading, is well aware of the life-changing affect knife crime can have on family life.

Her 25-year-old brother Scott died in July 2001 after being stabbed nine times, including once in the heart, during a fight in The Oracle shopping centre, Reading.

Kevin Artimion Alvardo, 18, who pleaded guilty to his murder, was given a life sentence."
