captain.obvious
European broadband for ya. I need to test the broadband in work tomorrow, since that's where I do all my downloading And isn't the "ping" something to do with how computers communicate with each other? Like a reaction time or something? Ping = (distance from node to node on a network)/(propagation speed) In other words.. ping is the time it takes for data to be sent from one node to another on a network based on the speed data can travel and the distance the data has to travel and is usually measured in milliseconds. The fastest I've seen my internet connection go is 700 kilobytes per second while downloading which is about a full album in about 3 minutes lol Not that I would know or ever do it.. but the fastest I've seen is downloading an hd movie (4.7 gigabytes) at about 15 mbps and it finishes in about 2-3 minutes. Not that I would know though..
