I knew a good hour of running was the only way to get the metabolic waste/pain that I generated in the last four days off my muscles, but it still required lots of inner struggle to get me going. I don't know if I took it too far, though, because it was supposed to be a "regenerating exercise" but my feet are still shaking from the lactic acids. :/ Still another round for the reasonable me against the lazy/self-deceptive me! :willy_nilly:
