trying! i can do 44 pushups in 45 seconds

4 pull-ups (those are the hardest for me)

and 100 situps

 

so im getting there

except i cant seem to get any bigger

im strong

but im skinny

i even tried this super heavy weight gainer

i drank it for 3 months

and worked out after i drank it

it had like 3600 calories in it

and think of that.. a big mac has like 600 calories

and i gained liek no wieight

^^ yeh i drank the same stuff, try getting creatine (spelling) if you can. ive been using that for about 4 months and its working ive put a shit load of weight on since. im about the same on push ups, but i do them for two minutes :P, sit ups im hitting like 130 in 2mins pull ups i can do like 15 (worked so hard on them lol) i do the wide grip over grip ones as well. can run the mile 1/2 in 9mins 12. so im getting there as well, my course at college is all for prepping for it as well, i do pt 4 days a week

nice, i do 200 situps a night, in sets of like 60-100

whatever i can push out

i do wide overgrip pullups too

how much do you weigh

 

ah i do all my exercises to a timer when im on my own, cause when you join the british army you have 2mins to do a certain amount so im doing that. i weight 11.5 stone.

so i guess i should get that stuff

 

how long have you been using it

 

bout 4 months, you mix it with drinks or take tablets, i personally mix it with cranberry juice yum yum, you get creatine in red meat etc, but when you drink it concentrated its like injecting yourself with red meat i guess :P
